Thread: Where do you inject?

  1. #1

    Where do you inject?

My question is where do you inject and how bad does it hurt?

    I will start.

Glutes- not at all really unless its the prop I have been getting lol.
Delts- never hurts me. One time I nicked a nerve and it hurt for a week.

Those are the only spots I have shot. I want to get more adventurous and I would like to hear your experience.

I like quads personalyl no pain ever except once when I hit a vein but I aspirated and saw blood so I didnt waste my gear.
Delts were ackward to do myself and the aspirating part seem difficult on my own so I mostly stick to quads unless on short esters.

You would have to be pretty fat, not to hit muscle with a 1' syringe......and if you are having problems hitting muscle with a 1', then get off the computer and get your ass on a treadmill....

It is pretty easy to see where your muscles are and the areas arent 1" wide there is a variety of different spots in each location you can inject.

I'm starting my first cycle here soon. I'm going to start with quads and glutes. As far as the bicep goes, can you just inject anywhere as long as you're hitting the muscle? or is there some sort of preferred location?

    my prop protocol:

Traps, Delts, Chest (inner/outer sides), Lats, below hip area, Inner/Outer thighs, and finally both calves... I cycle each spot every 9 days; really minimize scar tissue build up but you must be really careful at not hitting a vein...

I shoot both inner and outer heads, take note not to hit between them. There are a lot of veins in the bicep, the more shredded you are the easier they are to avoid.
Note how the bicep is split:

Quads, glutes, tri's are my favorites. Glutes have literally become a pain in my ass though cause i can't see that well, and my back starts to cramp up if i take too long. Only pain i've gotten is in the quad. Think i've nicked something a couple of times.
