    Question running a dht

    is there any harm in running a short DHT cycle by itself and just doing pct with that?

    i've run winny 100mg a day for about 25 days with a pct of nolva/proviron 25/50(?) for another 25+ days and i got very close to the results i was looking for.

    i was considering running var or masteron in the same fashion. any advice?

    please note: not open to suggestions that are along the lines of "dude its a waste of time to run a cycle without test" i understand that alot of people believe that and you will not convince me of that with this approach, it will take an argument against my 'cycle' i already have done not an argument FOR test.

    20 years old, 6'2, 150 lbs on a good day. i was up to 170 lbs and i got pretty sick. my diet is 150-200 g protein, 500+g carbs, 3-4k calories a day and i do not avoid fat.

    winstrol was the perfect balance for me. it was mild enough that i had exactly the amount of gain increases i was looking for, but yet still noticeable to anyone who might already know i was taking it. from what i understand, var and masteron are both safer alternatives and winstrol is not good for the joints.

    also, please don't tell me i'm too young, i don't want to make this sound cocky, but to be honest, i'll seek out advice from the 18 year olds who think they are steroids scientists and i would really rather have a straight opinion on bad side effects from the people here who know alot (except those who use this website as a way to take out their apparent 'road rage' -kidding- by insulting the intelligence of every other post.)

    oh, and i'm always between 2 and 7 body fat the only time i've ever not been was when i took winstrol and i think that is why i yielded the gains i yielded. for this reason i was leaning toward anavar .

    well, that's what i aim for every day, and i write down what i eat. i NEVER fall below 2500 calories a day, though i don't always meet my goal. i am always very close, but i know that i have a problem with portioning. i sometimes don't spread out my meals enough during the day and tend to cram if i don't meet my requirements. which i know does no good.

    i will admit that i happen to be a bit more knowledgeable on weight loss than weight gain. i have helped alot of people that i know get bigger and lose weight at the same time. the only problem is i can be 150 lbs whether i'm benching 65 lb dumbbells or 85 lb dumbbells and this is my completely conscious way of fixing that problem.

    and yes, i know that at 2% body fat you do nearly shut down. but i got real sick, and that's what happened. i was 6'2 137 lbs.. but i don't need skeptics, i need advice. i now stay between 5-7% whether i eat mcdonalds all day every day (hypothetically, i dont do that) or fish chicken and pasta with green beans. point being that i don't go above 7%.

    i have been lifting weights since i was 15 years old (clearly not always lifting to gain weight). i know my body well enough, i am an encyclopaedia of exercises for my friends because i jump into things head first. i don't want to jump into this head first. however, my feet are already wet and i have no intention of drying them just yet..

    i didn't come here to act like i know everything, but i also didn't come here to have people act like they know everything about me. everybody that i know thinks i have a hollow leg where i hide the food i eat. i eat more than anybody i know, by a substantial amount. i didn't come here to complain, i didn't come here to ask which steroid i should take. i just don't think i was clear enough on what i want to know, so im going to completely rephrase..

    "winstrol has drawbacks that i did not like. i am under the impression that anavar and masteron do not have the same drawbacks (joint damage, very high level of toxicity) and i want to know what the drawbacks are concerning masteron and anavar and the DHT class. can anybody fill me in?"

    i'm not prone to hair loss or any of those type of side effects, so i'm looking for the consistent data such as the toxicity and joint damage in winstrol. i'm not going to go out and buy tomorrow!!

    150 lbs?? you should a nutritionist..

    eq would be a good choice to increase appetite.. but i wouldn't recommend it without test..

    19 yrs old 150 lbs 5'9" up 25 lbs from age 18...

    how'd i do that you ask??
