You dont need anything but test. Losing fat starts and ends in the kitchen. However, I do think if youre going to run clen...then what you have detailed is the best way.

The diet is impeccable, always is. I guess my big question is; can this be done while on deca?
I dont like the way you are using the winstrol. Yes you can lose fat on anything, including deca.
I think XXX deca may be a bit much, if you haven't run deca many times you may want to start with VVV deca per week.Quote:
