    Sust vs Test e

    which compound would be better for a lean bulk i was going to add it like this for a lean bulk cycle

    wk 1-4 Dbol 30mg ED
    wk 1-10 EQ 400mg EW
    wk 1-10 sust or test e 500mg EW

    I prefer single esters to blends, but your diet will determine more of how "lean" your bulk is than a difference between sust and e.
