    Natural bodybuilder considering first ever Dbol cycle - input please

    Hey guys,
    I'm so far a natural body builder, I have been training for over three years,
    I like to think my diet, sleep pattern, work out program and in general overall lifestyle is pretty much in check, in fact my every hour revolves around bodybuilding!

    Anyway, I'm looking to increase my lean bodymass with dianabol at the expense of gaining some fat if I must, I'm 225lb with approx 15-17% bf, I want to gain 10lb of lean muscle tissue.

    Are these gains possible with a Dbol cycle?

    And if so I also intend on cutting in the near future when I acheive my mass goals, how long would you suggest I wait for my test levels to recover before I start cutting up?


    If you can offer alternative cycles please do...
    preferably orals!

    most here don't think much of dbol only cycles.
    do you know anything about pct yet?

    Yeah,
    I've been looking into a Dbol only cycle for a long time,
    I'd do 6 weeks of Dbol at 30mg possibly reducing it gradually starting at week 4,
    followed by 4 weeks of nolvadex 20mg everyday, keep up the diet and training and sleep of course also
    I was going to buy clomid as well but I'm not sure if it's needed as well?

    So what is the problem with dianabol only cycles?
    No good for mass?

    dbol bloats people really bad, and many people can't hold on to the gains. when people use dbol to kickstart a test cycle for instance, the dbol kicks in early until the test takes over, and there is almost a kind of synergy. dbol only is in most cases not desireable.
    In my opinion 21 is still pretty young to use gear, but you should research tbol and anavar , if I were to do an oral only cycle (which I wouldn't lol) it would be that.

    I looked into Tbol and anavar ...
    Anavar is just sooooo expensive
    and I can't find any way of getting Tbol

    If I do however manage to find Tbol
    How would you run a tbol cycle?
    I've read it's moderate gains but less sides and no bloat?


    Also this is off topic but regarding jabbing is it worth worrying?
    Will there be much pain and is it easy to inject intramuscularly?
    I dont like the idea of sticking a needle right into dense muscle tissue ...lol

    Lol what?

    I think I've decided to go for this pretty standard cycle which i'm sure most people will approve of.

    week 1-4 25mg ED Dbol
    Week 1-10 500mg test-e
    Week 13-16 20mg nolva every day (not sure about this one)

    I'm just wondering if you can tell me what kind of results I can expect in terms of mass gain, fat gain, if i'm bulking...

    around 20 lbs or more depending on your food+supps+training+rest

    generally much easier than dbol only gains. the dbol will make you strong and bloat you really bad without actually putting on much lean muscle mass. add in an AI with pct and you will be good to go

    Can't seem to get hold of any AI's but I will try, are they essential?

    Would HCG worth using during pct?

    Looks good, but I would make it a 12 week cycle because your test e wont really even kick in until possibly week 7. That would only leave 3 weeks of full strength lifting.

    not essential but highly recommended.
