Dosing too high?
Currently a week into clen .
Up to 140 mcg a day, and the sides are totally tolerable. Should I bump up to 160? 180?
I've been splitting my dose into two each day and am hardly getting any shakes or headaches from it doing it that way. Should I take more?
Want to get the most out of it but also don't want to over do it.

check your temperature. just because you are not getting any sides doesnt mean its not doing its job. some people tolerate clen really well.

What's typically the cut off dose for clen ?

fuzz is right, make sure your bodytemp is slightly elevated ... trust me, if clen is working out great for you at 140, you dont have to necessarily up the ante...simply because it leaves you room to play with in the future when your muscle mass increases require a higher effective intake.
There's no hard and fast rule, but cut off would be 200 - 220 mcg for seasoned bodybuilders who can tolerate the compound well.
