Post Advice on supplements along with a course

    Hi there all.

Just joined the site today, I need some advice from the experienced.

I have done Steroid cycles before, but not for about 5 years. I used to powerlift when on but never got particularly huge as I wanted to keep to a level as I am only 5ft 9 and a pro wrestler. I took a couple years out of training through personal issues, and not long ago got back into it. I'm now 31, wanting to get back in shape and not so much gain a lot of size but improve my overall appearance with some more muscle and definition, cut down my bodyfat levels (28%) and have started a 10 week course of Boldenone stacked with testex (Cypionate I believe, not Propionate).

It's only a small cycle, don't see the point in doing more than I really would maximise the use of, and it's 1ml per week of each. I have Turanabol oral too which I am taking alongside it, but the main question I wanted to ask is if Methyl-E and/or Hemadrol would be of any use to add in or pointless? I have some of each that I got some time ago but never started on.

Trying to improve my diet also and I'm getting conflicting advice. My main aim is to shred off the excess fat and just stop being an out of shape lump. One source says keep my calories under 2000 and fat under 80g and do high intensity cardio, the other says don't worry so much about the calorie counting and do the "fat-burn zone" style of cardio.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

    Post your current stats

    Height
    Weight
Bf% please don't say its 28% hope you mean you cut it down that much before your cycle

    Height - 5ft 9
    Weight - 198lbs

And my bf % (according to scales) is sitting at 28% now. But I'm not obese at all, stocky and yes I have somewhat of a paunch on my stomach, but -pardon the cliche sounding of this- it seems more like just relaxed muscle.
Example, my waist measurement is 36 inches, chest 43, overall I am saggy but not fat fat.

I tried slimming down with diet and exercise but to no avail and after asking an experienced steroid user friend if he thought Boldenone would be effective (I wanted to avoid Winny) he reckoned it would. Before when I was on Sus and Deca / Testoviron and Deca, I was leaner (granted I was 25).

Think I jumped in too soon? :-(

Yeah I think you definitely jumped in too soon. You could have dieted harder and done more cardio first off. You should have at least have you bf under 14% before any cycle

Post your diet I could help with that.
I'll let the other more experienced people chime in here as well. Big I saw you lurking, any help for this good man

The scales I am using which supposedly measure Bodyfat and bmi, they put me as 194lbs with 55lbs of bodyfat and a BMI of 27. I've been cardio-ing the life out of myself, something I never did before when lifting heavy and building, and my diet is better than ever.

Diet I admit does need work, but other than eating more often, my fat amounts and salt and cals are more controlled than ever. I'll try and make a list somewhat of it tomorrow.

Those scales are not reliable when it comes to measuring bf%.

Caliper works fine. The important thing is to measure the same way every time, so there's a standard.
