i am a fighter so i dont lift for max weight. so i cant compare like guys who see a 50lb increase in their max for example.
how do i know when its kicked in? i am going to be doing the first shot of the 4th week this wednesday (shooting every wed n sun).
i have been lifting more weight and felt like i have had more stamina since the first day ive been on it because of the mental change of being on a cycle, but how do i know when it has really taken effect?
