    Training on cycle

I find my productive zone weight training off cycle to be about 45 minutes a day 4 times a week. Also this involves only one muscle group a week.

While on cycle I'm productive 1.5 hours 5 days a week many times able to hit some groups every 4th day. This is at ~ around a gram of test

If recovery is faster on cycle and we seem to process proteins and such better does this mean that higher doses could yield even longer and more frequent workouts? I almost know that this isn't true or our 5gram test and HGH idols would beall day hitting every group every day.

So the question I'm wondering about is do you think workout durations should remain constant, whether on or off, and would larger doses affect more frequent activity?

I work a day on and a day off, weather on or off cycle my goal remains the same,,failure. I work a bodypart each day with 3-4 sometimes 5 exercises and a rep range of 6-10 pending the exercise.

If i do my workout well the muscle group is totally f***ed by the end of training (on or off cycle) and that afternoon and the next day i get that lovely pain from a good workout, and my times remain the same about 45mins.

IMO the duration should be about the same, the weight and effort more...
