    Veteran advice would be nice- cycle q

    i just started a cycle looking like this

    wks 1-4 dbol 35mgD
    wks 1-12 test blend(supratest 400 its cyp and enth)@ 500mg wk
    wks 1-12 eq @ 500wk

    5'8
    175
    14%bf
    pretty good diet knowledge
    24yrsold
    2nd cycle

    goals are to minimize fat and water retention and lean out if at all possible without damaging my gains..
    i have noticeably gained alot of water weight and seems like fat too from the dbol kickstart and looks pretty crappy im not happy. took creatine for the first three wks also but dieted well...low sodium lots of good carbs n protiens diet looked like this

    meal 1
    8 egg whites
    4 slices whole grain toast
    4 scoops cytogainer
    2apples and a multivitamin

    meal 2
    2 slices whole wheat bread
    2 tbsp peanut butter
    2 scoops whey

    meal 3
    1 grapefruit
    2 apples
    3 cups whole wheat spagetti (dry)
    2 cups kidney beans
    16oz skim milk
    3 chicken breasts/ 1000mg vitamin c/ fish oil

    pre meal 4
    2 scoops whey
    1 scoop fast twitch

    post meal 5
    4 scoops cytogainer
    1 cup baked beans
    12 brewers yeast tabs

    meal 6
    8 egg whites
    2 cups green veggies
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

    approx 4800 cals
    96oz water daily
    no drugs( besides the juice)
    no alcohol

    despite this picky diet ive been on i still havnt been happy with my look so far... i look pudgy imo but have put on alot of size and strength. i was wondering if there was any way to try to lean out a bit while on this cycle or is it best just to wait post cycle.. would clen and t3 b of any help or should i use a bit of adex??? any feedback would b most helpful

    175 (Youve done a cycle and you STILL only weigh 175lbs? Your too small for a cycle IMO. You should be able to gain more naturally.)
    14%bf (This is entirely too high. 12% is generally accpeted as the cut off for cycling.)

    4 scoops cytogainer (probably crap)
    2apples and a multivitamin(Fine.)

    meal 2

    2 scoops whey

    (Basically get rid of this whole "meal".
    Add
    6 oz chicken
    7.5 oz cooked sweet potato)


    meal 3
    1 grapefruit
    2 apples
    3 cups whole wheat spagetti (dry)
    2 cups kidney beans
    16oz skim milk
    3 chicken breasts (weight? I assume maybe 10 oz.s?)/ 1000mg vitamin c/ fish oil

    (try something like 6 oz of turkey, chicken, or 95%/5% ground beef. And 175 grams cooked barley)

    pre meal 4
    2 scoops whey
    1 scoop fast twitch

    (This is NOT to be considered a meal.
    Add
    6 oz chicken, turkey or beef along with 6oz of brown rice, or barely, or lentils)


    post meal 5
    4 scoops cytogainer
    1 cup baked beans
    12 brewers yeast tabs

    (86 this...
    Add
    6 oz chicken
    7.5 oz cooked sweet potato and 4 oz of mixed veggies.)


    meal 6
    8 egg whites
    2 cups green veggies
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

    (This is good for breakfest or to replace another meal. But for the sake of it. Dinner looks like this for me

    6 oz beef or chicken
    7.5 oz of Baked Potato
    4oz of mixed veggies.
    300 grams strawberries/blueberries
    6oz of green Salad with 1 tablespoon olive oil)


    approx 4800 cals (Youre probably getting 2000cals from weightgainer crap and whey. And there is no way the rest of your intake adds up to 2800 cals.)

    ^^ Its best to bulk the cut IMO. But clen and t3 might be something you can research and learn about...

    Honestly man, you have real diet issues...

    Your body is not ready for a cycle. You shouldnt have done th first one either IMO. You could of easily achived those gains with a better diet and training.

    You need to be on a steady diet for at least 6-12 months before thinking of hoping on a cycle again IMO.

    AAS is not "the magic bean" to getting big. It takes more than injecting something 2xW to get and maintain LMM.

    points taken i learn more everytime i post here thank you for the criticisms i do however have the gear for this cycle which i have already started so i will make adjustments to my diet accordingly and continue. as far as being too small for aas i know u are also correct i was and am aware of the risks i honestly fell into the idea of juicin i wont lie i know i got in for the wrong reasons but i am here so thanks again for your input war

    not nearly enough fats in that diet to strip from your body the existing fats..

    the peanut butter?? and 2 tbs of olive oil??

    that's better than most..

    but see if you can eat more fish or take fish oil tabs..

    good luck.. i don't do dbol anymore.. don't like the bloated look..
