goals are to minimize fat and water retention and lean out if at all possible without damaging my gains..
i have noticeably gained alot of water weight and seems like fat too from the dbol kickstart and looks pretty crappy im not happy. took creatine for the first three wks also but dieted well...low sodium lots of good carbs n protiens diet looked like this
meal 1
8 egg whites
4 slices whole grain toast
4 scoops cytogainer
2apples and a multivitamin
meal 2
2 slices whole wheat bread
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 scoops whey
meal 3
1 grapefruit
2 apples
3 cups whole wheat spagetti (dry)
2 cups kidney beans
16oz skim milk
3 chicken breasts/ 1000mg vitamin c/ fish oil
pre meal 4
2 scoops whey
1 scoop fast twitch
post meal 5
4 scoops cytogainer
1 cup baked beans
12 brewers yeast tabs
meal 6
8 egg whites
2 cups green veggies
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
approx 4800 cals
96oz water daily
no drugs( besides the juice)
no alcohol
despite this picky diet ive been on i still havnt been happy with my look so far... i look pudgy imo but have put on alot of size and strength. i was wondering if there was any way to try to lean out a bit while on this cycle or is it best just to wait post cycle.. would clen and t3 b of any help or should i use a bit of adex??? any feedback would b most helpful
