MOD Help

Hey all, have been a member of the forums for a number of years. Don't post a lot, but definitely read a lot and am pretty knowledgeable. For some reason I cannot pm on my account.

Anyways, I've got my 3rd cycle planned out but need some help strictly from a Mod.

you need a certain number of posts before the PM feature becomes available to you, as far as a cycle goes there are a lot of very knowledgeable people here who I am sure would be willing to help. You need to post your info. Bf% height, weight, diet and so on.

you need 25 posts to pm.
we do not offer ''one on one'' help, with almost 100,000 members and less than a dozen mods that's not realistic.
we have some of the most brilliant minds in the community here as regular members, to exclude their input because they don't have mod privileges would be a mistake.

I agree^^, I may not know much but I read alot + I stayed at a Holiday Inn last night.

there is a forum called one on one with staff,

you could post there..

but we would really go off saying about send $$$ and we can consult.. or .. there are many more members that are more qualified to answer your specific questions, and we can help, but asking the question in the general forum is usually best..
