Stats and prior cycle experience? As usual I'd say there's too much gear. Especially the combo test/tren /eq looks very strange. Test = androgenic and anabolic , eq = primarily anabolic, tren = anabolic with strong androgenic properties. You'd do well with just test!

Couple questions...
1) Why such a high dose of Test? Especialy for 16weeks?
2) I assume thats Tren E? Thats a low dose, and its not run long enough. If thats Ace, id still up the dose.
3) Wheres you PCT?

Age: 27
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 188
BF%: approx. 8
Meals: 160 carbs/450 protein 8 meals/day mostly chicken fish and rice
Cycles: 3
PCT: probably do clomid/novaldex
Goals: Size without bloating/ want to stay lean for potential show but I need to gain some muscle mass first.

EQ is worthless IMO. minimal gains for the cost and duration of use.
between the d-bol, tren, and winny... i hope you shave your head. cuz that would cause me to go bald. lol
the tren is to low. im guessing its Tren Ace cuz using it for 8 weeks at the end. at 200mg a week. thats barely anything. especially if your preparing for a show. i would run at least 500.
i wouldnt worry about the bloat to much as someone above stated. you will lose the bloat (if you get any) after coming off the d-bol pretty much. even with the Test E. i hardly bloat on Test E. depends on diet and such
i would lower the test. up the tren. and maybe kick up the d-bol to 40mg.
drop the EQ
your PCT could be stronger. especially for a long cycle with 3 compounds. HCG , caber, clomid, nolva, aromisin. would be my choice if you want to keep the most of your gains. (the rest depends on diet and training during PCT)
you say youve done 3 other cycles.... what were they with?

thats all the carbs?? wow. i eat more then that in 2 meals. i would up them. The tren is a known nutrient shuttler. it will shove more of the food into your muscles so to say. so when on tren and test, up your carbs. your muscles will eat it up. you will get way more muscle mass that way. then lower your carbs when you cut for the show obviously.
