I lost my appitite on d-bol couldn't eat to save my life. your going to be all full of water bro and you will get stronger but 2 days after your done everythings gone. not worth it.

And 190G's isnt nearly enough to grow. Thats just enough to maintain IMO.
Im the same size as you and i get nearly 325G's of protein from food!
why don't u hold onto it until you can get some test even if it takes awhile then maybe you can plan a nice cyle
Show me a regular days diet summary/# meals per day.
Include how much the food weighs and macros if you got em'.
Use this kind of format:
EXAMPLE:
Meal 1
8 egg whites
80G's of Oatmeal
Meal 2
6 oz of Tuna
4 oz of mixed veggies
ETC...
yah its getting expensive! Don't know exact bf% but its not high... pretty lean!

not quite as strict as that... just count protien, cut fats. Ive been good about the diet as far as knowing whats going in body but mostly chicken and veggies morning, day, and night!

well yea i am growing but also at the same time i don't know if its just because of my cycle instead of my diet. I'm trying to bulk up so i'm eating a lot and my diet consists of eggs chicken and potatos and the infamous N-large. But not sure if i need to up my protien intake cuz i'm around 182 - 185. don't mean to change the thread i'm back to the d-bol topic now. sorry
Start a diet thread... 200G's isnt enough to grow natty, let alone while on cycle. That means your only eating around 3000cals huh?
around 4000cals
#1 5 eggs
1 cup dry granola
protien shake
#2 3 chicken cutlet breast
drysalad
#3 3 chix breast, 2 servings veggies, dry salad with tuna
#4 tuna plain, usually have some carb on this meal (pre workout)
veggies, sometimes snickers
#5 shake, 2 sliced turkey breast (bout 1lbs) wraps loaded with veggies and usually have cheese in these
# 6 grilled chix and veggies, shake
this varies day to day but is pretty close to the same. with occasional slips

And i really hope you listen and not use AAS yet. With that diet, its no wonder you cant gain anymore.
You had almost NO complex carbs. All your protein was from chicken. You werent getting enough Cals or Protein.
I consider it a miracle that you managed to get to 205lbs w/ 10%BF on that diet... You must be lucky and have good genes.

I am curious about starting first cycle. I have researched a bitt about gyno and PCT and am wondering what I should look at? Such as types? amounts? length? It seems like there is a lot of usefull info here but it almost is overwhelming...Any suggestions?

no pct. this is my first endevour in aas. only reason I am even considering it is cause the dbol kinda fell in my lap. other than that I might not have even considered it... it got me interested yah know.

Read up some more. Get that diet i gave you going. (Trust me, id be shocked if you didnt gain 5lbs in the first 2months.) and learn a little about PCT and then think about jumping on a cycle.
