    questions about dbol

    Hey I know that dbol by itself is not suggested but its all I can get. Is the only downside to taking alone is losing gains at end of cycle?

    I lost my appitite on d-bol couldn't eat to save my life. your going to be all full of water bro and you will get stronger but 2 days after your done everythings gone. not worth it.

    29yrs
    6 meals daily about 190g protien from food another 60g from supps. no sat fats
    experience about 6 years
    never cycled before
    no a little bout pct and estro control

    i forgot about gyno!! how in the name of did i forget that one. maybe buy a bra just in case lol. also the acne from d-bol wasn't good.

    i know about gain loss but if i got it might as well do it. I mean when im done ill be at the same size/syrenght already am at right?

    And 190G's isnt nearly enough to grow. Thats just enough to maintain IMO.

    Im the same size as you and i get nearly 325G's of protein from food!

    why don't u hold onto it until you can get some test even if it takes awhile then maybe you can plan a nice cyle

    Show me a regular days diet summary/# meals per day.

    Include how much the food weighs and macros if you got em'.

    Use this kind of format:

    EXAMPLE:

    Meal 1
    8 egg whites
    80G's of Oatmeal

    Meal 2
    6 oz of Tuna
    4 oz of mixed veggies
    ETC...

    hey war4btt i'm 180 pounds 5'11 10%bf if i'm taking in about 200g of protien is that enough to grow.

    what is it lately, I could open the forum, close my eyes and throw a dart at the monitor and chances are it would hit a question about a dbol only cycle.

    not quite as strict as that... just count protien, cut fats. Ive been good about the diet as far as knowing whats going in body but mostly chicken and veggies morning, day, and night!

    about 10%. I did a search but it was mostly about losing gains after the db cycle only.

    well yea i am growing but also at the same time i don't know if its just because of my cycle instead of my diet. I'm trying to bulk up so i'm eating a lot and my diet consists of eggs chicken and potatos and the infamous N-large. But not sure if i need to up my protien intake cuz i'm around 182 - 185. don't mean to change the thread i'm back to the d-bol topic now. sorry

    Start a diet thread... 200G's isnt enough to grow natty, let alone while on cycle. That means your only eating around 3000cals huh?

    1 cup dry granola
    protien shake
    #2 3 chicken cutlet breast
    drysalad
    #3 3 chix breast, 2 servings veggies, dry salad with tuna

    #4 tuna plain, usually have some carb on this meal (pre workout)
    veggies, sometimes snickers
    #5 shake, 2 sliced turkey breast (bout 1lbs) wraps loaded with veggies and usually have cheese in these

    # 6 grilled chix and veggies, shake

    this varies day to day but is pretty close to the same. with occasional slips

    My dinner generalyl looks like this.
    6 oz steak
    7.5 oz of Baked Potato
    4oz of mixed veggies.
    300 grams strawberries/blueberries
    6oz of green Salad with 1 tablespoon olive oil

    And i really hope you listen and not use AAS yet. With that diet, its no wonder you cant gain anymore.

    You had almost NO complex carbs. All your protein was from chicken. You werent getting enough Cals or Protein.

    I consider it a miracle that you managed to get to 205lbs w/ 10%BF on that diet... You must be lucky and have good genes.

    I am curious about starting first cycle. I have researched a bitt about gyno and PCT and am wondering what I should look at? Such as types? amounts? length? It seems like there is a lot of usefull info here but it almost is overwhelming...Any suggestions?

    height 5'9"
    weight 175
    BF around 15% (would like to lower this number obviously)
    about 5 years lifting experience
    diet-pretty good about 250g protein a day

    But as a guy who likes to think he knows what hes doing. Id say you would be better off in the long run waiting till all your issues are in check before cycling....

    no pct. this is my first endevour in aas. only reason I am even considering it is cause the dbol kinda fell in my lap. other than that I might not have even considered it... it got me interested yah know.

    No PCT = No JUICE!

    Youre asking for problems bro...

    Read up some more. Get that diet i gave you going. (Trust me, id be shocked if you didnt gain 5lbs in the first 2months.) and learn a little about PCT and then think about jumping on a cycle.

    You will be WAY better off.
