can someone explain !!!!!!
why when everytime I try to inject my thighs the muscle jerks real hard and I get blood in the damn needle is there anyway to inject the thigh a little easier

Sounds like a nerve for sure. I use quads alot and pretty much never have a problem check s p o t i n j e c t i o n s .com

oh ok yeah I just hate injecting my thighs but it's hard only have ass and shoulders to inject prop and tren into!!
It gives me lumps

Try some other spots if your quads are giving you problems.....bis,tris, chest.....

after you inject rub the spot in a circular motion for bout 5 minutes on and off.. itll help spread the oil thus reducing the lump

you def hit a nerve, go for the upper outer area of your quad
