    cycle recommendations

I am 6'0'' 212lbs about 18% BF. I want to put on a little size, strength and cut down alot. My diet is doing very well. I intake proper amounts of Protein. Just cant get anymore. Needing some extra help. What would be a good combination to do for a cycle?

I think you should cut first and get that BF down to at least 15%. Have you tried clen before?

First off your BF% is too high. The general rule is 12% minimum to run a cycle.

Lets see the rest of these:

    age
    bf%
diet summary/# meals per day (Show me a FULL days meal plan. Include how much your food weighs as well as macros.)
    years lifting / workout split
    cycle experience
    pct/estrogen control knowledge
    goals (size/cut/strength/speed etc...)

No worries bro, we were all noobs at one point. Youre in the right place to learn. This forum has a wealth of knoweldge to learn from.

Your first start is gonna be the diet section.

The diet you posted is HORRIBLE! Its alright though, read these links i provide, and spend a few days putting together a new diet. After you do so, post it the the correct section for others to look over and give you thier .02.

From there, begin reading up on training. As, that training schedule is sub-par as well...

After your diet and training is in check, you might want to look into Clen to work off any excess BF that you cant seem to lose.

    clen FAQ
Clen Faq. You better like it it took me ages.

    Whatever you do, DONT cycle!

Your diet and training need to be squared away for at LEAST a year before you think of jumping on cycle.

    Best of luck brother!

well clen would help you bring the BF% down. I'm not real good with dieting but if it was me i would take out the OJ. I'm not sure how many carbs that has but you wanna keep them down so your body will go to fat for energy instead of carbs. The power bar i'd change to a protein bar with low carbs. ON's "protein diet" bars are pretty good. I'd want to get as much protein intake as possible. Again watch the carbs. What you mean by snack? The only time i would eat alot of carbs is right b4 a workout in an attempt to get some more energy. Doesn't mean i'd consume 200gs of carbs. Just if there was a time, that would be it. I'm sure the other can go deeper into your dieting and help you out.

Ya the diet forum is a good place to get some input. The good thing about it is that they have sample diets on there and you can use that to construct your own.

I understand brother. I didn't have much time to eat either. The best thing i could tell you is to take bag with a protein bar or whatever to snack on while your at work. Kinda like poggie bait. I think thats what we called it. Whether it be in an office or out on line or in the field.
