    20mg dbol/ day.....

    I was planning to do 20mg dbol / day near the end of my cycle (500mg test e/ wk) to peak toward some nice new maxes, before going into a cruise (250mg test e/ wk).

    But I have seen higher doses of like 35 -50mg/ day... Is 20mg dbol/ day a decent enough amount of D for what I have in mind?

    And also w/ the thought in mind that what I get as far as size and numbers would be more keepable, instead of a wild fluctuation...

    20mg shoudl still yield ok results. I use 40mg with big results myself and dont forget just because some people go with high doses doesnt mean you have to.

    it really all depends on the person 20 mg a day didnt do squat for me i ran 50,but i do know people that had good gains off 20

    Don't understand the last paragraph, but yes, 20-25mg, iv'e been cruising for a few years.

    I meant any mass and strength gains I get from D (to get some nice new maxes) at the end of the cycle (before the cruise) would be more keepable mass and strength gains b/c I didn't take a crazy high dose of D, like 50 mg/ day.

    I was thinking that the gains would be more keepable b/c I wouldn't have a wild fluctuation in body weight from a very high dose of D, which might be more likely to be lost when loosing water weight after the orals are stopped.

    That was what I was saying

    And they would also be more keepable b/c I would be going into a cruise after peaking to the new maxes, instead of using D at the end of a cycle, then doing PCT.

    I don't want to gain crazy strength on the orals, then loose a sh*tload of it after the D is stopped, is the point.

    So basically your taking a low dose of dbol so you don't get too much water weight that you would lose anyway, and no the gains wont be more keepable because of that.

    OK, I was just reading this dbol testimonial:

    My own experience with Dianabol was pretty impressive, in retrospect. I used a Bulgarian version of it for my first cycle, alone, and at a dose of 25mgs/day. I was training very heavy, and eating like a horse- and in six weeks I gained 28lbs. Granted, it was very watery weight, and did not particularly improve my athletic performance until I dieted off a lot of the water, but I was left weighing roughly 10-15lbs heavier, after several months of being off, and was able to keep those fifteen lbs for good. This isn’t to be construed as my saying D-bol produces permanent gains, but in my case, after I had lost nearly half of what I gained, I was able to hold on to a nice amount of that weight.

    Several years later, I worked my way up to just over 100kgs, while using roughly four grams of anabolics every week. I was able to maintain this weight by using Dianabol at a dose of 10mgs/day, and could have probably done this indefinitely, if that dose were continued- or if I actually wanted to stay at that weight, which I didn’t after a few weeks.
    So, eff it!

    I'll bump the dbol to 30mg/ day and strive to keep half of what I gain. If roughly 1/2 is what is keepable, then I'll just get more during the use stage...

    Also, I may be able to keep some of the water at bay since I will be running .5mg adex/ eod, along w/ proviron eod (I just like the constant horniness of pro-v, but it also fights E and frees up T).

    i am not sure about how much will 20 mg do for you or any one!!!my history with dbol is bad i some how dont react to it at all!!!it gives me no kickstart gains,hardly 2 lbs!!!max and that too when i used 70mg a day!!!why it doesnt do anything beats me!!!

    and my dbol was legit as well,bought it from a pharmacy and used half of the bottle and my partner the other half (250 tabs) and he bloated big time at 40 mg!!!but i think 20 would b very low!!!i mean you would want at least 3 so dat you can keep an anabolic state for longer periods!!!

    if you are new to DBOL by all means try lower dosing,,,20mg may work for you,,,most need 30-40mg

    Thats far to much adex mate, 0.25mg EOD tops on a low dose dbol cycle and thats if you need it at all, i'd try with just the dbol and prov mate.

    Is this about right:

    .5 EOD for 40-50mgs, .25 EOD for 20-30mgs.

    I have decided to use 30mg/ day...

    Can I use 20mg before work outs, to get a higher peak level before working out, then just take the other 10mg 12hrs later, or should I keep it to 15mg before, 15g after?
