    they are not necessary...they are your choice...protein may be a different story but it is also your choice....i eat and get protein instead of take protein shakes....what type of cycle are you on and what are your stats?

    i personally save "natural supplements" until of cycle, to help maintain gains.

    Protein, BCAA, multi vitamin, udos choice oil. i stay away from NO products on cycle cuz the gear dose a better jocb at making the muscles hard and full.... and did i say protein!!!

    I think you got your bases covered with the test, deca, and dbol man. No need for creatine or glutamine.
