Hello again.

Ive been here still, never really left just doing more reading than posting; especially the diet section.
OK I finished my first cycle about a month ago. I had good solid gains. My weight did not really go up but lost a more body fat (didn't have much) and muscles size/strength/size noticeable increase.
5' 8" 180 lbs train 4-6x a week depending on week.
Diet is in check. Body fat around 10%, maybe 12% at the most. Defiantly much leaner than when I started my first cycle or Test E 250 2x week and HGH daily. No issues with gyno, still doing PCT Nolva.
Next cycle I will up my protein intake with some shakes since I didn't gain as much as I would like. I had problems eating that much all the time even with keeping food at my desk at work all day like chicken, tuna, oat meal etc. LOL
OK here is my idea for cycle #2. I don't plan on starting until around Jan, 2009 due to holiday and vacations. Goals, more clean size.

week 1-4 25mg dbol ed
week 1-12 600mg test e split into Monday morning and Thursday night
Weeks 8 - 12 Stanazol Tabs (50mg..per day)
Use letro at 0.25mg e3d on cycle

13-15wk nolva 40mg ed
16-18wk nolva 20mg ed
