Is this the beginning of gyno?

I have read plenty on the boards but just want some firsthand advice. I am about to start week 4 of a 10 week cycle of 125mg Sust EOD. I noticed about a couple of days ago that my nipples are a little sore/tender. The feeling is actually very faint and I sometimes think that I am imagining this but I am pretty sure it is estrogen related sides.

I currently have Nolva, Proviron and Clomid on hand. I have read that Nolva is not good on cycle so I was thinking of taking the Proviron to control the symptoms a bit. I am actually about to order some A-dex, I don’t think it’s too late and if it is then I will just save it for my next cycle which is already on hand (Test E, I don’t like the frequent injections).

So is taking the Proviron a good idea to reduce the estrogenic sides? Is the Nolva a definite no-go? Should I just wait for the A-dex (it will take 3-4 weeks and may be too late by then)? This is my first planned cycle where I have actually read up, understand what I am doing, and have a PCT lined up so I was not aware if I was gyno sensitive or not; this may be normal too, I just would rather be safe than have a lump in my chesticle and develop bitch tits. Thanks for any advice.

Sounds like something is up, anything out of the ordinary (like tingling) is a sign of gyno starting up.

Question, why aren't you running an AI with your cycle already? What is your bf%?

I just didn’t anticipate it happening since it is a basic cycle. Like I mentioned, I was not sure if I was prone to gyno. I have enough Proviron on hand for a PCT on both this cycle and my next planned cycle (80 25mg tabs). Should I just begin taking 25mg a day to combat it? In the meantime I can order the A-dex.

I am 6’ 185 pounds, and 28 years old. Body fat is in the 11-14% range, not sure how accurate my scale is though. I can measure myself at night before I go to bed and it will say 11.7% and upon waking it could say 14.8%. I doubt I am gaining 3% body fat through the night. It was a little higher but I just finished a 2 week cycle of Clen to cut a little more before starting this cycle. Thanks.

Well I will begin taking 25mg Proviron ED and order the Letrozole tomorrow, it may take 3 weeks or so to come in. I will then begin the reversal process, I dont think the gyno is to far along now and hopefully with the addition of Proviron it will not advance any. Does this sound like it will work? Thanks.

This is an Excerpt I found a while ago it may help with your questions.

Three days into the cycle, my nipples began to itch: onset of Gynomastia. Dump enough testosterone into your body and your system counters by upping its oestrogen output, which leads to a build-up of breast tissue. After long-term use, it can get so bad that some users require surgical breast reductions. I woke up on the morning of day four and nearly had a heart attack at the sight of myself in the mirror. My nipples were the size of milk bottle tops, stretched smooth as the skin of a balloon. The skin had formed into swollen pouches that looked like the rubberised nipples on a baby's bottle. I appeared to have breasts. Pendulous, malformed breasts.

Or was I just chubby and still out of shape? I didn't know. I gave them a jiggle. I couldn't tell if it was fluid build-up or actual flesh. Could a person grow new flesh overnight? I didn't want tits - it went against the purpose of the exercise. I gobbled twice my daily allotment of anti-oestrogen medication. A week's worth of double Nolvadex doses got the gyno under control.

Well thank goodness my nipples are not that bad! I just have the faint tingle/itch and am unfortunately reacting instead of being prepared. I wish I would have gotten some A-dex/Letro, just didn’t think with such a mild cycle that it would be an issue. I am starting to take 25mg Proviron /ED and then I will reverse the gyno when my Letro arrives in a few weeks. Thanks for the tips.
