    Test C for Weight Loss

Has anyone used Test C to lose weight. I am 22 with 24% bf. I naturally have low test so I have done one cycle at 200mg of Test C once a week. I want to get down under 15 % bf. I am looking to do a 6 month Test C cycle with 250 iu hcg 2x a week. I am probably going to be following a kito diet. Because this is what has worked for me in the past.

When I started training I was 6'1" 365 with 47% bf. I have some albuterol that I am also going to take. I take T3 (Armour Thyroid 32.5mg) could I stand to increase the dosage on my T3.

My natural Test is 263 total, 1.66%, 43.7 free. My estrogen was 194 but saw palmetto, zinc and vitamin C has brought that down to 76 so that has helped.

Any other insight or suggestions would be appreciated.

Test is great for cutting. All depends on your diet and cardio, the only thing maybe a problem is water retention so you may want to run some L-dex along with it.

How long ago did you get your test measured? Was it the same time you had 47% bf? You also mentioned a super-high estrogen. Youcould have had low test because a lot of the test was being converted to estrogen due to your high bf %.

IMO, you can pretty easily get to 17-18% bf without any anabolics or chemicals, just through cardio and diet. Also, doing more weight training will increase your test production naturally.

My test was where at the 243 when I was right around 27% bf. What do you think about increasing my T3? I have been taking the same supplements to prevent aromatization as I was when I did my first short cycle. I am still feeling sluggish and lathargic. I felt so much better on cycle. So I think my estrogen levels are back within a normal level with my Testosterone still being low.

Honestly, dropping weight should be extremely easy with almost no muscle loss at 47% bf. If you start a cycle now, it`ll probably end before you get to your goals. You gotta prime the pump first bro.

If estrogen was higher the test you would be mood/depressed and have more water retention or gyno.

    BG says it best here.

I absolutely love utilizing test to cut, but at your bf% I think the most important thing for you is to try to naturally get down to at least 15%.

In order to do that, you'll have to start doing more cardio and adjust your diet. The discipline is the hardest part to learn, but it feels so good to accomplish fitness goals without AAS.

How low bf% do you want to get?

Additionally, 250 iu HCG 2x / wk is not necessary. You'd want to use HCG to restart your natural test production halfway through or near the end of your cycle before post-cycle therapy.
