AAS anticatabolic?
When your on aas are they anti-catabolic 24 hours a day. or on those low carb days should i still take glutamine supps etc... i thought my diet was in check but apparently not because after 2 weeks into cycle i have already put on a bit of fat i dont think its bloat from the dbol so i want to cut for a week or two because its making me lose motivation .. im goin to carb cycle - should i stil take supps to prevent catabolism on those low carb days or will bein on test eth 500mg per week stop muscle from breaking down while im cuttin for a few weeks.

yes the test will help you stay anti-catabolic even on a sever calorie deficit. I just got through with a cut using carb cycling without any aas. Lost a lot of fat but also so muscle, next time I cut I will use some aas. Also, dbol is known for adding water weight so most likely the changes you are seeing are associated with water weight not fat.
