ive just started taking test prop,taking 100mg eod!
on2 my 3rd injection now but from the 1st one i did in my ass cheek its really hurting.ive read up abit about this b4 on here about virgin muscles,but dint think the pain would be this bad.will it carry on thru taking this or will my body get use 2 it.thanks

i do not hit glutes because of this and the nerves you can hit.
I stick to delts and thighs.

make sure you don't use the same spot before 4days has passed and no bruising or soreness where injecting.

well was gunna use glutes n delts,suppose 2 do delt 2 day but ant yet cos wouldnt be able 2 hak the same pain in delts.or would this not be the case?

IMO, crazy! No lats just delts thighs or glutes. Like the doctor. Have you ever seen a doc or nurse inject anyplace besides these spots I mentioned?

What size needle are you using for the glute?? It needs to be at least 1 1/2" to insure you are going deep into the muscle and pass the layer of fat

when I run short esters I shoot delts, quads, bicep, tricep, traps, lats, pecs.

Yea yea, you stand less chance hitting a nerve in your glutes than you do in thigh or delt and doc or nurse will always give an IM injection in the glute over and before delts then thighs.

it depends on the lab, some prop is harsh. virgin muscles always feel it a bit more too, move your sites around with plenty of time between hitting the same spot and see how you feel.

Plus the swelling from the injection typically makes the ass muscles look even better.

im glad sum 1 else is going thrus this,well not glad cos its horrible but glad i ant done anything wrong,im suppose 2 be squatting 2 nite but i struggle 2 get of the couch.hav u tried ure delts?n wots that like if u av?

Delt injections are my favorite. Never had any problems working out with a delt injection. Because im frontloading test p for a test e cycle im taking to many injections every week just to injecting my delts. I would personally stay away from any type of leg injections unless you have a desk job and dont need to walk well for 2-3 days. This is just my opinion.

well im gunna giv the delts ago 2moro,i had no idea the pain would be this bad i have 2 run n do cardio most days n its been a nightmare!! also do u think prop will be affective on its own.thanks.

hey man. i'm on just prop right now and having the same problem.

my ass cheeks swell up to the size of softballs.. literally.

i went over to the quads and the left one went good but the right one went HORRIBLE.

it was so sore it was almost unbearable. any type of movement involving the legs was out of the question. walking was only possible after the pain killers kicked in... hope you have some on hand.

i made a couple threads. one was entitled something like "new here. having major problems with prop" and the other was called "i'm tapping out to prop pain".

the guys gave me some good advice that you may be able to use.

i've since got my hands on some prop with ethyl oleate in it and i think it's less painful (so far so good, just shot quad yesterday).

but i'm all set with prop so i just ordered some enanthate. good luck man.
