    Cardio and Test Cypionate.

Hey I am just starting my second cycle of 300mg of test cypionate per week.

I don't want to stack just keeping it nice and simple just to get that little bit more strength. I want my test levels to be stable I find its easier to Pct when im not stacking.

I have heard mixed reviews on doing Cardio whilst taking a weight gainer such as test cyp. My question is.... Is it going to improve my cardio for I am looking at losing Body fat and I have been told test can be good at that.

P.s I am only having a short cycle (about 6 weeks) then jumping on to Clen CauseIt works well with Pct and from what I have read helps keep most of the gains.

    Thanks.

bro first off what are your stats?i dominate the cardio when im on test, but you taking test cyp which is a very long acting ester and you'll be stopping it as it kicks in,why?then just run a short ester eg: prop

Thanks Freakish, wanting the long ester. It's that or Sus. Im in Oz and most of our stuff is vet grade so we don't have much choice. Sus is way to expensive so I prefer to take a longer ester for about 6 weeks. It will last 3 weeks after that so technically i wont start pct for 7 or 8 weeks. untill I start feeling weak that is.

    about 15% b/f

training weights 3 times per week. about to start cardio. As I was saying i know it will help with overall stamina but would it be harder to lose weight on test?

There are some flaws in your reasoning:

SIMPLE IS GOOD, THOUGH NOT NECESSARILY BEST

    DEBATABLE.

I have heard mixed reviews on doing Cardio whilst taking a weight gainer such as test cyp.
STRICTLY SPEAKING, TEST (IN ANY ESTERIFICATION) IS NOT A WEIGHT GAINER AND ALTHOUGH IT DOES FACILITATE THIS END (OF COURSE STEROIDS PROMOTE WEIGHT GAIN), YOUR DIET AND EXERCISE REGIMEN DETERMINE THE TYPE OF CYCLE YOU EXPERIENCE, I.E. BULKER OR CUTTER.

My question is.... Is it going to improve my cardio for I am looking at losing Body fat and I have been told test can be good at that.
TEST IS A GOOD CHOICE IN THIS REGARD FOR SEVERAL REASONS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: THE PROMOTION OF FAT MOBILIZATION VIA INCREASED MUSCLE DEVELOPMENT AND ENERGY EXPENDITURE; ENHANCED ENDURANCE PERMITTING THE TRANSCENDENCE OF YOUR TYPICAL CARDIO OUTPUT/PERFORMANCE; MORE RAPID ANABOLIC AND AEROBIC RECOVERY CAPACITY WHICH ALLOWS FOR GREATER WORKOUT VOLUME; ETC, ETC.

P.s I am only having a short cycle (about 6 weeks)
UNFORTUNATELY LONGER ESTERS SUCH AS CYP, DON'T LEND THEMSELVES WELL TO SHORT CYCLES BECAUSE IT TAKES SIGNIFICANTLY LONGER FOR THEM TO BUILD TO STEADY-STATE WITHIN THE BLOODSTREAM. CONSEQUENTLY, SHORT CYCLES SHOULD INCLUDE PROP, NOT CYP OR ENTH.

then jumping on to Clen Cause It works well with Pct and from what I have read helps keep most of the gains.
ALTHOUGH THIS IS TRUE, CLEN CAN ALSO BE VERY EFFECTIVELY APPLIED DURING CYCLE, ESPECIALLY WHEN CUTTING IS A PRIORITY.

x2 12 weeks or forget it, 6 weeks is a waste.

I know you said availability is an issua for you, but, for your shrot cycle desire i feel that prop is a much better choice reasons being it much faster acting and it tends to be better for cutting cycles in somes opinion.

    Thanks for the advise.
I guess it makes more sense going on a 12 week cycle due to the long esters. Going to go nuts on the cardio.

Thanks for the thumbs up and advice. Shows this forum can be educating!

    What's your diet like?

Post up an example here or in the diet questions forum... Working out is the easy part, it's your diet that will make or break you...

Cardio is necessary, but you still have to eat!

    Yea, No probs.

Morning Oats with fat free milk a glass of oj.

10.30am. Usually A small can of tuna or some fruit.

Lunch. Chicken Breast (3oog) Brown Rice and Vegies.

    Afternoon. Protein Shake.

Dinner, fish and Rice or Vegies.

Even With a bad diet Once I jump on the machine I shred weight within a couple of weeks.

    Thanks.

If you're content with it then fine, but I'd be making some serious adjustments on that to maximize gains and fat loss. Why spend your money on gear and not get the most out of it?
