sleeping tablets

Hello,

i done my first ever shot in my quads 2 days ago, and it went really well. nxt to zero pain (a very dull ache, which has gone this morning). my hand was shaking abit but i'm sure that won;t be the cause with the nxt shot. my question is, is it ok the take nytol while on test e.(i'm doing 500mg wk. sun pm/thurs am.
the active ingredient is Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride ?

Sure, there should be no problem. Diphenhydramine is just an antihistamine. Just don't take it too long because you can develop 'rebound insomnia' when you stop taking it, which means your sleep disturbances will get worst. Diphenhydramine is for short time use only to treat your troubles falling asleep.

thanks very much. i only take it mabye twice per week, only on days when i have to get up at 5am so i need to go to sleep by 9.

No problem. I have an odd schedule too. Some weeks I have to work at 4am, other weeks at 7am. Really F's with you. I was also taking diphenhydramine...works pretty well. Just don'y like the day after grogginess.

really day after grogginess? i feel fine when i wake up, good enough to get on the cross trainer for half hour.
