    First Cycle

    Ive been working out for about 7 years and have decided to start a test cycle to get over the hump

    first off im:
    25 yrs old
    5'11 180
    i consume about 6000 calories a day and keep it as clean as possible
    150-200 grams of protein most days. im looking to get up to a solid 210-215.

    here is what i want to try for my first cycle:

    I am choosing the cyp and I intend on doing 25mg of dbol

    PCT for cycles 8-16wks:
    Day 1-30- .25mg L-dex + 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva

    Do I really need all three of these for this 'light' of a cycle?

    ALSO, if anyone would be cool enough to PM me, I'm having a difficult time locating some of this stuff. Any help is appreciated, thanks a lot guys.

    6000 calories and only 150-200 grams of protein? something is not right here.

    I doubt the accuracy of your 6000 calories lay it out for us. To get 6000 calories with that small amount of protein you would be eating this:
    200g protein=800calories
    1000g carbs=4000 cals
    133g Fat=1200 cals

    Maybe more fat and less carbs but still that diet makes no sense.

    glad you pointed that out... not sure what i was thinking when i put 6000. I get about 3000-3200 cals a day with roughly 200g of protein. sorry

    I would sugest you up protein to 350-400g daily and get your calories up over 4000 per day. You will not go from 180 to 210-215 solid in one cycle and even 4000 cals per day is not that high while on. You need to eat alot mroe than you are currently eating.

    Clomid might be a little high but I have run similar pcts before looks ok to me.Also test cyp should be ran for 10-12 weeks minimum as it takes 4-6 weeks for it to peak. Wait about 18 days after last injection before starting pct.

    Adex is no good to take in PCT.

    Like Redz said, you need to double check your diet.

    You need to run the cycle 10-12 weeks.


    Thats too much Clomid. Try 50mgs first two weeks, 25mgs last two weeks.



    Test C @250mgs 2xW for 12 weeks
    Start PCT 18days after last injection
    Nolva 20mgs weeks 1-4
    Clomid 50mgs weeks 1-2 25mgs weeks 3-4

    so are you recommending that i cut the dbol out of my plans?

    You can do dbol @ 25mgs for 4 weeks. There is no problem with that.

    Whats your current BF%?

    And yes the PM does exist, you just need 25 posts in order to use it.

    It shouldnt take more than a day or two.

    Go to the diet section and post up your daily diet and see what people think.

    Youll get some quality posts.

    KChrist, i told you to go post in your diet in the correct section, that way you would get some "QUALITY" posts. Quality being the keyword. Bumping threads that are years old is a sure way to do two things.

    1) Piss people off.
    2) Get banned or suspended.

    If you've been training for 7 years at 5'11'' I find it hard to believe you'd only weigh 180... Sounds like you're either a severe ectomorph or just don't eat...

    Your diet is definately going to need some work. Listen to redz and do some research, then post up a sample diet in the diet questions forum...

    you didn't, but you would be surprised how many have. I've seen guys make multiple accounts and answer their own questions lol, all from the same email and ip address.
