first off here is my stats: 27 yo, 180Lbs, 5'9, had bf checked today is 7.1. My cycle exp is with sus 250, test e, deca, dbol. i have run three cycles over the last year and half the first was small and i didn't have a clue what i was doing run sus for 8wks at only 1 ml per week (was give to me with no instructions) next two was for 12 weeks each on was icc of sus250 eod and deca at 500 mg twice a week. the other was test e 750mg per week and deca 600mg per week. i had surgery this summer and lost 20lbs i have put it back on now and getting ready to start this cycle
sus250 wk 1-12 250mg eod
deca wk 1-12 500mg per wk
tren a wk 1-8 150mg eod
anavar wk 1-8 80mg ed
goal is to gain as much strenght as possible stay as lean as i can. i train mma and don't want to get to heavy but want lots of strenght. i lift 6 days aweek with good bit of cardio. diet is in check 4500 - 5000 cal a day 6- 7 meals a day that is clean carbs and lots of protein, most meals are baked or grilled losts of chicken turkey steak and pork loan eggs oatmeal baked potato you get the idea.
