    Advice Please

    Hey guys new here just thought Id stop by and see if I could get a little advice. I just received my very first cycle and would like to know if there are any guidelines I should follow. Fist off I am 27yrs old 5' 6" and am currently about 185lbs. I have been lifting hard since my freshman year in highschool. Six days a week 2-3hrs a night, and have hit what I think to be a plateau, which is why Ive opted for the cycle. I got a 10week supply of test cyp and plan to inject 2cc once a week for the before mentioned 10weeks. Does anyone have any kind of suggestions for a diet or work out. Right now my diet basically consist of meat and cheese and a lot of vitamins, protein shakes, and other various supplements. Also what kind of gains should I expect I have gotten as lean as 175 and am absolutely ripped at that weight and carry 185 very well. In my off season (I usually only lift 3 days a week from oct trhough dec to free up time for hunting season) I usually get up to 200lbs. This year with the cycle I am planning on not taking any time off and hittin the gym REAL HARD through the entire year.

    You dont look 185 in the Avy... At 5'6 anyway but ill take your word for it...

    o boy...yes their are guidelines

    you sound like you have motivation....but you should really read up more...

    cut out the cheese....

    add egg beaters-egg whites 8oz 3-4x/day RAW

    change to lean cuts of meat...

    add slow burning carbs

    maybe try a plateau breaking workout like

    alternate high reps/low weight with low reps/high weight week by week for like 8 weeks

    check the last issue of muscular development with lee priest curling on the cover...the workout is there near the back...its a 3 day split...same movements each week but reps and weight alternates as i have described...

    I am doing well on this...

    My legs are HUGE In the avy pic I was weighed in at 183lbs I would post some more and better pics but not sure how to without using photobucket or something like that and im not familiar with those sites or how to use them. Is there a way to make a album on your profile or post more pics to an actual thread? Im actually looking for any info that might be helpful as far as diet, or workout programs, do or donts, ANYTHING you could give a newbie to the gear

    Yeah go to your USER CP and look on the lefthand side, you can make an album.

    Im not sure if you have to have 25posts or not...

    My advice would be to check out the diet and training sections. There is a wealth of knowledge there.

    Posting your diet for others to cretique would be the place to start IMO.

    did you read my reply???

    its actually quite simple...you seem to be quite lean...

    go to walmart...they have frozen tilapia in a box and they are individually wrapped...there is maybe 20 per box

    take 2 at a time...moisten a napkin and put on top...microwave for 4 minutes...eat 2 every 2-3hrs...thats 40gms protien and like 2 grams fat...

    eat those slow burning carbs in the morning....fiberous carbs after noon

    MOST IMPORTANT...PRE WORKOUT SHAKE and SUGARY POST WORKOUT SHAKE

    Is that plateau breaking workout you talked about one that I should consider during a cycle or is there something that might or would probably work better. Just want to maximize my gains while on the cycle itself, but thanks for taking the time to give me a heads up on the article Ill check it out for sure.

    Ok I tried to but it gives me an error message Im guessing that I need to hit the 25 post mark first, Ill try to work on that and Ill be sure to check out the diet area of the forum and see what everyone says there also. Once again thanks for taking the time to help a guy out

    i am doing mine during my cycle...i think you should do yours during your cycle...if you are going to break it...that is where it will happen...

    also...start off easy and progress...by the end of the workout you will be very tired...and you will also feel constant progress...
