    I need help!!!!

    Hey Guys, My name is Frankie im a 20 year old male that weighs 170lbs, im very active and work out about 1 1/2 hour a day 5 days a week, ive been doin that for about 6 months ( 4 months strict lol ). Enough about me lets get to the point. Ive loved my results so far, but i keep dropping and gaining weight and sorta think ive hit a Plateau. As much as i dont wanna think like that i cant seem to get any bigger or get to where i wanna get. Its sorta turning me off this whole thing, i started benching 4 sets of 7 or 8 at 65lbs, and now im at about 4 sets of 7-8 and reducing down the reps at about 135-155lbs(YES I WAS WEAK LOL).

    Now for the Point, Ive been doing me research on Anabolic Steroids and HGH (Stuff like that) I cant find one that would work for me. Example Deca 200 (Nandeconate) I love the low risk factor and the fact that it gradually grow muscle with out the fat gains but don't like the fact that i need to take testosterone along with it.

    Listen guys im not looking for something that going to get me huge without the work, im willing to put it in, im just looking for something that's going to put on some good mass that's either Topical or Oral, that has low side effect and that i can take alone i don't wanna be popping a million pills. HELP ME OUT PLEASE. I will put in the work, i will train hard and i will diet good. I just need something that will give me a boost.

    I'm on CellTech (creatine), GNC multivitamin, and taking in 1.5g of protein/1lb of weight.

    You dont need juice...
    You need to train hard...eat big...
    Take in gobs of protein
    Drop the creatine
    Add BCAA's
    Add slow burning carbs

    and you need to be consistant...you havn't been lifing for long if that is all you bench...you have a long way to go...BUT THAT IS OK...it takes time and dedication...

    and all cycles need testosterone as a base...but not that it matters in your case...

    I would recommend that you eat more, and really read up in the diet forum. By simply focusing on your protein intake, you are ignoring the complex interaction of fat, carbs and protein that make up your diet. Understanding these interactions and how your body puts calories to use is essential to putting on more lean mass when you hit that wall where you see diminishing returns in strength and mass from your workouts.

    Most people on this forum will say that 20 years old and 170 pounds is pretty young and small to be looking to start a cycle. You should try to maximize your potential through proper diet and training before messing with your body's hormone balance.

    Hi Frank. Tell me, do you really think you've met your natural potential after 4 months of training? You should keep reading on diet and training until you can figure out something that works well. Once you can figure out how to get bigger without juice it will make your future cycle that much more effective.

    a few things to add to everyone else:
    1. i hope you aren't talking about the "deca 200" advertised up top.
    2. i hope you aren't talking about ~250g protein from shakes
    3. there is no way you reached your max already. at 170, you can easily be in the mid to high 200lb bench if you focus on that. its possible to hit a plateau of sorts, but by training differently and switching up your workouts you can overcome that quickly.
    4. no steroids needed

    Dude i agree with everyone else. Steroids I would only recomend to people who have been training dor AT LEAT 1 year and do not seem to put on any size even with the perfect diet. If you want a short cut like a number of people who take steroids and your wanting minimum side effects just take a base like a low dosage of test. Other than that listen to what the other boys said and focus on your diet. Diet is at leat 70% of your workout regime.

    without proper diet, it would take 5 times as long to get to where you want to be. At 20yrs old, you still have plenty natural test flowing. And as far as maxxing out, no way! Try every week to put another 2.5 to 5 lbs of extra weight to your workouts. Remember heavy weights build big muscles.

    buy a tub of protein powder and eat it raw and snort it to, ull get like ronnie coleman in 2 weeks
