Yes spread them throughout the day,50mg is a good dose too, if you wanted you could go upto about 100mg/ed but dont go higher. Also dont stay on them for more than 4-6 weeks of your cycle.

It is 10mg tabs I have. Should I break them in half and take them over the course of the day. That would be 10 tabs for the 50mg.
