    extreme cutting

Ok so this is all in theory, perhaps a good discussion can be had.

Assuming you were on cycle, using probably high dose test/tren maybe some gh and t3/4, eca.

What would be the greatest calorific deficeit you would go to, or have you gone to, and for how long a period. Would you carb cycle? Do cardio? e.t.c

    Thanks

Thanks for your concern about my health mr t, however I did not state that I was running this cycle.

The meds I suggested would be the ones to run on an extreme cut, what I was looking for was members input and there experiences whilst cutting. So maybe I will reword the question.

If you, like me, find cutting a waste of time in the sense that you could actually be building lean mass instead of cutting fat. But of course cutting is required and so you look to do it as quick as possible, and lets assume you are an experienced user.

Then, what would be the least cals you would try and cut on, would you carb cycle say, 1 high, 4/5 low. Would you keep your split the same, how much cardio would you do e.t.c Lets assume your not too keen on losing lbm.

    Discuss!
    Regards

bro, theres so many differnt carb rotation guides out there and also carb deficit diets too. you could go keto, but you'll lose a LOT of weight from that. or you could cycle by going 50-100-150-50-100-150 etc...... i gues you need to trail n error until you find something that you can go with. but for cutting you need more of lean proteins and watch your carbs. keep EFA's high

Id say if you were after exreme cutting id keep calories around maintenance and run a course or 2 of DNP whilst staying on a low dose of T3 to maintain thyroid levels
