cycle insomnia
Hey all,
I'm running a test e cycle at 500mg/w (2x 250mg/3.5d) and am having some serious issues sleeping. Over the past 12 days, I've slept for a total of about 39 hours, so that's an average of about 3.2 hours per night. (although only 2of those nights were actually over 3 hours). Any suggestions on ways to help improve rest?

few people will have problems sleeping when on test but others like myself sleep fine. just bare with it and it should get better. in the mean time you can try legal sleep aid from a drug store

Have you tried Tylenol pm? It works pretty good for me.

sex sex sex. always helps me. even on tren . but if not then buy some Melatonin from CVS or walmart. i take about 10mg an hour before bed. then 5 mg when i get in bed. and if i wake up to pee in the middle of the night another 5.
i wouldnt recommend that for you though till you know how it affects ya.
do 5mg an hour before bed. then 5 at bed. see how that works. or tylenol PM or whiskey. lol

If Test does that to you then never try Tren .

really. though i have found i have more sleeping problems on a good dose of d-bol then on a good dose of tren . my body is retarded like that.

What about Lunesta or Ambien or any of those newer sleep pills?

ive heard about this before, thats why i hear about a lot of guys on gear using 12 inch dildos to get to sleep at night, now thats not my suggestion but i would agree with Nitro29 and get a sleep med or something like tylenol PM or advil PM

dukki thats a huge megadose of melatonin
just buy 'sleep aid' which is the PM in tylenol PM, but eventually all that lack of sleep will catch up with your body and you'll crash and have a great night of sleep and then you'll be back in the swing again

I've tried most of the sleep aid you can get at any grocery (i.e. melatonin,benadryl, sleep md, etc.). Benadryl worked the first night, then nothing after that. A friend gave me a couple X***x one night as well and that worked great, but you need a prescription for it, so I'm screwed there, unless I can convince her to get me some more (she is a pharmacy tech). Even then, I only got 6 hours, which is about how long the pills are known to last. I figure that once they wore off, I woke right up. I'll get some tylenol pm and look into the ambien cr/lunestra.

Please note to anyone.
Xananx is in the top 3 most powerfull Benzos and have and active effect of 11 2 24h. This will only make you fatige and demotivated if your training anytime the next day. Stilnox as controversal as they are would be your best bet cause they don't make you drowsy the next morning. I used to take xanax for anxiety and its about the same filling of coming off a cycle with little 2 know pct so watch out for xanax!

Me on the other hand, I take 2 Ultram 50mg and 2 sleep aids everynight that usually does the trick
