well its not soo much the ML you are thinking about...its the total mg's your shooting
I.E last night i shot 3 ml which was 900 mg's total and my ass is kinda sore
but if you are shooting 3ml of test prop 50mg or 100 mg thats not as bad
there are many members here who shoot 4 and 5 ml in the glute site...its not uncommon
everyone is different.
someone 6'5" 150 12% will have less volume tollerance than 4'9" 260 6%
112.5 mg tren=1.5 ml 56.25 day
150 mg prop= 1.5ml 75mg day
3 ml every other day
I plan on upping my doseage but dont know where to pin. Im 6'0 223lbs
F*ck I did 3 ml in my delt 4 days ago and it still feels like Ive been hit multiple times with a bat
3ml in the delt is too much for most people.

definitely depends on the individual and the muscle size.
actually it's about both. When I run seo, I shoot 6ml in each bicep, (3 in each head) 9ml in each tricep (3 in each head) and 3 ml in each delt, ed, for 30 days. Just one of those shots with prop would be crippling. We must consider ml and the mg of compound being used.

anyplace else and you are asking for it. i have seen Bros bruised and in pain for weeks from other spots especially the bis and calfs.(dude I dare You To keep up a calf/bi cenario a whole cycle)
If you are talking about pain due to compound then yes, it does depend on Mg of compound. Muscle size is the main factor. The volume is the problem here for the most part when talking about damaging muscles. When you push that stuff in the muscle it stretches out the fibers. Take a small muscle and stretch the crap out of it and it will tear.
Pain from what compound you are using is a totally different story.
If your an average guy the medical protocol for IM injections is.
Glutes 3ml
Thigh 2ml.
Delt 1ml.
for me 2ml tris, 2.5ml delts, 3ml quads are my limits but i do tend to break up injections more frequently so i can avoid doing a high volume shot,
