the winter bulk
after some thought on running short or long esters i come u with this for a winnter bulker
weeks 1-6 75mgs drol ed
weeks 1-16 600mgs test ew
weeks 1-14 500mgs dec ew
weeks 12-18 75mgs oral winny ed
prov/nolva pct
adex .25mg eod thu cycle
weeks 8-13 500 ius hcg every 3rd day
winny at the end to give me that hard look ,am at 10%
what ya all think?

meal 1- 4 hard boild eggs -100g oats
meal 2-pro drink -lean beef whole meal bread
meal 3- chicken fillet cup brown rice veggies
meal 4-2 tins tuna 1 large sweet patato
meal 5-samon fillet with veggies
meal 6 -lean beef whole meal bread
meal 7 -hand full nuts-pumkin seed-cottage cheese
meal 8 pro shake -peanut butter on whole meal bread
3-5 liters of warter per day with muti vits
basic pct knowlege as am not prone to gyno estro probs
2 cycles under belt
1st sust 500mgs 12 weeks dbol 4 weeks = 20lbs after pct
2nd test e deca drol -500-400-100= 20lbs after pct
was 235 max @ 8-9% bf but stop for 6 months due to bad time with mrs
goal is pure mass while droping 2-4% in bf
think my diet needs fixing alot ut am on it be4 i start cycle

100 mgs is tough when it comes to pumps, at 100 I couldnt get through a complete workout, pumps were so insane I couldnt flex my arms half way through training. I do agree, anything over 4 weeks is a waste.
On a side note I cant believe you guys say var over winny. ( not talking to you Big)

sorry, diet is one of my many weak points. I could eat cheesecake for every meal and not gain an ounce of fat, so what works for me wouldn't work for most.
start up a thread in the diet forum, there are many people here who know everything you need to know to get it tweaked.

got to agree with bg here on the var/winny
after tons of reading i would pick winny over var any day -var seems way too mild and wont have no were near the same effect as winny and for that reason aam going with winny.

Just cause you eat shit and don't gain fat does not mean those food sources are instead being used to build muscle. Difference b/w nutritive and non nutritive sources. But you all know that, I am in the same class as you all, but I notice eating like shit doesn't help put on muscle
