I am getting ready to do my first cycle. I am waiting for the last components to arrive but then I am going for it.
Stats:
Age: 37
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 195
BF: 15%
Years Training: Off/On 7 years.
Here is my proposed cycle please feel free to comment
Week 1-14 Test E 500mg Every Week (Monday Injection)
Week 1-12 Deca 400mg Every Week (Thursday Injection)
Week 1-4 DBol 35mg Every Day.
Week 1-12 Novaldex 10/20 mg (Depending on if I feel side effects)
PCT
Week 16 (Idea Taken from newbie starter thread)
Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
Day 2 - 30 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
Day 31 - 37 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
All injections will be in visible locations such as thighs and shoudlers.
Can't do glute shots I sit down most of the day so to my thinking a
painful ass and sitting for long stretches of time = pain, serious pain.
Since I am a t-shirt and cargo shorts kind of guy I feel I can hide any bruising or other injection effects.
If at all possible, I will post pics and results. I am a pretty stocky/big guy
now but feel I have reached the end of the line as far as "natural Body Building" can take me. (Especially at my age.) I am also staring 40 in the
face and I would like to be quite a bit more muscular when the big 40
hits. I know I am 37 but time flys and 40's right there.
Cardio will consist of boxing/kick boxing 2 times a week. I hate the tread mill or other thing like elliptical trainers.
Because of my job my diet will be a problem with consuming enough calories. Will approximately 3000 calories be sufficient to make serious gains over what I have now. I approximate I cosume about 2200 calories now. And other that protein supplementation, what other compounds would you guys recommend? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Both positive and negative.
