discourage big time with my cutting process (HELP)

Alright. I’m starting to get really discouraged here. I started my cutting diet at 192.5 lbs (6 foot tall) after going to 202 lbs while on Test Enth I have bumped the cardio to 45 minutes as day M-F and reduced the caloric intake. I eat clean for the most part. I am stuck at 180 lbs and 11.8% body fat (on a bio electric machine at the Hospital). My weight has been going down SLOWLY while the BF% goes up SLOWLY. What the hell…. I’m starting to get really discouraged in the cut.

first, are you in post cycle and cutting?

    did you post cycle?

second, your diet must be off. either the foods your eating or the timing of the foods. post up your diet either here or in the diet section.

Round about diet…. Changes a bit everyday but here goes

    M-F

    6am 4 whole eggs

    8am ½ cup whole oats

    10am tin tuna

    11am to 12 pm WORKOUT

    12:15 BCCA’s

12:30 chicken breast ½ cup brown rice

2:30pm handful almonds / meal replacement bar

5:00 reasonable dinner with family (chicken veggies/ or red meat veggies)

8pm: small bowl of fresh fruit

    Weekends:

Are about the same but a little looser with 3 kids / sporting events

I am just getting discouraged I guess

That diet is sub-par... But still no reason why BF% is going up...

bro you need to lift FIRST then cardio after. your body will be depleted of its glycogen after lifting and will tap into your fat stores for energy, do the cardio after lifting or 1st thing in morning

if your serious then figure out the breakdown of the macros as well as total caloric intake. Ill bet you barely have close to 1000 calories. Hence the reason your body is depleting muscle and hanging on to fat. Ill also agree that cardio is best utilized first thing in the morning or postworkout. also id drop the fruit at night and opt for some low fat cottage cheese or a casein shake.

    M-F

6am 4 whole eggsAdd about 6 egg whites to the 4 eggs and eat the 1/2 cup whole oats here.

8am ½ cup whole oatsThis should be added to the earlier meal.

10am tin tunaEat this at 9am but make it a sandwich (add carbs).

11am to 12 pm WORKOUTHow do you do 45min of cardio and lift in a hour? Like stated lift then do cardio.

    12:15 BCCA’sThis looks good

12:30 chicken breast ½ cup brown riceThis also looks good

2:30pm handful almonds / meal replacement barUsually I like to take in just protein and fat at this meal, so almonds and a can or two of tuna.

5:00 reasonable dinner with family (chicken veggies/ or red meat veggies)

8pm: small bowl of fresh fruitI would replace this with cottage chesse, fat free.

    Weekends:

Are about the same but a little looser with 3 kids / sporting events

I am just getting discouraged I guess
    I hope this helps.

could be water retention are paying attention to sodium intake. Also are drinking same amount of water before bf test? May be time to change diet, your body adapts to it and the cardio
