this is a warning to everybody who posts in the Anobolics forum and for that matter anywhere on this site......................
any flaming or bullshit whatsoever aimed towards any of the staff here will not be tolerated and suspensions and then bannings will get served...........
also if you want to help other members in this forum in particular make sure you know what you are talking about,any bullshit replys will get jumped on.................
this is a question and answer forum and not a chat room,if you want to chat etc,,, etc...then go to the lounge with the other post whores...........................
also just a reminder there is a no flame policy here so heed the rules......

You guys want to act like kids go to the whore thread and go crazy, this forum is for information purposes, I don't care how good of friends you are. Agreed, we need more of the Vets and HoFers around. Thats where the problem lies IMO. People with long term experience not book knowledge like I have. We have too many new guys trying to be a 189. I try to help but realize my experience level is zero compared to some of you all. I do have a good understanding behind the science but paper and real life are two different matters. I'll try to help out here and there but I guess I'll just keep my mouth shut till a few more years down the road.

book knowledge leads to real 1st hand knowledge, don't put yourself down.. go with it..

Its giving me the shits when someone asks a question, the thread gets taken off on a tangent before any constructive advice can be given.

Theres also a difference between flaming a newbie and offering constructive criticism. Many of the overnight experts would pay to learn that.

Just Because you have far less posts then other has nothing to do with knowledge of Bodybuilding and Diet and Steroids . but me personally have no cycle exp so i just read what you guys post to learn more.

One thing id like to throw out there is the difference between 'book knowledge' and 'practical knowledge'.

While im sure everyone will agree first hand practice knowledge is superior, passing on what we read and observe defiantly has its place to. No one knows it all and nor should they think/act like they do.

To clear up confusion and help the person asking the question and others reading it, a quick note of where your info comes from will go far.

I have definitely been guilty of flaming, argueing, and randomly chatting with members....

I will refrain from theses actions in the non lounge areas....

And if you could please be careful mentioning your high dosage long term tren usage to new users.

Dont want then to think its ok to use it that high for that long until they know their bodys can handle it.

Yeah, come to think of it....that was probably not the smartest thing to due on my part, especially to a new guy.....I will definitely refrain from posting my dosages, and will refer to them just as "high dosages"

Despite our efforts, ive seen some flaming going on here today. Lets all be respectful of each other guys.

Remember, our goal as a community is to grow. We need new members to do so, and we cannot do it when people scare away all newcomers by flaming them whenever they ask questions.

Nothing wrong with disagreeing, but keep it respectful and with purpose.
