    see my cycle, test var dbol. any good???

    cycle

    week 1 test e 1000mg
    2-12 test e 500mg
    1-4 dbol 35mg ed
    6-13 prov 50mg ed
    7-13 var 60mg ed
    14-17 clomid 100/100/50/50
    nolva 40/40/20/20.

    i start my pct 1 week after last test shot. is this ok?

    will the prov keep bloat down? hate bloat. or is it a waste of time using prov.

    what do you guys think i would gain off this cycle ie cut, mass, mass then cut?????

    whats the min protien intake i would need on this cycle? bf 14%
    heard 150g ed is fine? unless your a pro?

    no need to frontload the test if your running dbol as a kicker.

    weeks 1-4 35mgs dbol every day

    weeks 1-12 500mgs test e every week

    start pct 2 WEEKS AFTER LAST SHOT.

    clomid 50/50/25/25

    nolva 20/20/20/20

    if you want to keep down bloat and takle estrogen probs while on cycle go with adex .5mg every other day

    leave out var imo and prov.

    stats?

    Pros:

    Cycle looks solid and well planned.

    Yes, the Proviron will keep bloat down from the e.

    You need to start your PCT 2 weeks after last E shot.

    Cons:

    -I don't see stats from you

    -I'm not sure IF you were aware that DIET is the key for anything you're trying to accomplish, whether you're on juice or not. By the same token, YOUR DIET will determine if you're bulking or cutting... simple as that!

    -Protein needs:

    a. weight in pounds divided by 2.2 = weight in kg
    b. weight in kg x 0.8-1.8 gm/kg = protein gm.

    If you have an 'office' like job, the Pros suggest to go with a much lower number assuming you are in good health condition.

    However, if you are within the 'active' exercise category, then you may use 1.8 - 2.2g.


    Example: 170 lb male who is a regular exerciser and lifts weights
    170 lbs/2.2 = 77.27kg
    77.27kg x 1.5 = 115.9g pro/per day

    -Before you jump over to do this cycle, spend sometime at the Diet forums, get a solid diet, and stick to it for 6months minimum along with your workout routine. Once this has become a part of your daily life, do your cycle as stated above.

    And yes, the Dbol is sufficient to kickstart the cycle... no need to front load the test at 1g for the first week if using Dbol.

    The clomid also is high.. keep it at GS recommendations.

    my diet was going to be, ruff guide

    mon - fri 150-200 of pro, and carb around the 100 mark. fats come from meats. will add some flax.

    sat is off day, 200-250 of pro, 50 carbs. should i lower pro?
    sunday same as mon to fri.

    how does this look? iam 175lbs 5ft 8.

    some people say even 250-300g of pro is not enough? why?

    my ideal goal is to bulk and cut some bf. i know most people are going to say you cant cut and bulk at same time but just want to cut the bf a little thats all.

    i lift 6 times per week. cardio 4 times per week.

    iam starting my cycle on the 30th october. just geting as much info as poss.

    Look up a clean bulk diet. Most of your fats shouldn't come from meats bro. You shouldn't be eating fatty meats in the first place. Stick to chicken and tuna. Also, running an oral for 13 weeks can do some serious damage on your liver. I would drop the var.

    i know many people who add oral winny at end of there cycle with no probs at all.

    anavar isent very toxic at all.
    Anavar is not as toxic as winstrol is, but long term usage/high dosage is not recommended. Plus, winny by far, is one of the MOST toxic orals you can get out there... if you do 13 Wks of oral winny, even at 50mgs a day, you're seriously jeopardizing your liver and thus, your own health.

    thanks guys,

    so around 150g of pro ed is fine? how much carbs and fats ed.? if i get this number i can work on it. and on off days should i keep same diet?

    what would i gain off this cycle if my diet is ok. bulk or cut or both?

    iam 12 stone around 5f 9. just got belly fat lol. people who have been on var have had great results to cutt belly fat with it.

    oh and while on the prov will this hold any gains back? as you need water to gain??????
