people have been saying dont take winny by itself
but i have many friends who have and have got some good gains and definition



Now here is my question to you guys

If i were to take winny what else should i be taking with it to prevent Gyno?



btw i dont need any flamers here i dont care about how its dangerous and all that

winny is not known to cause gyno bro even if you are prone
you would normally take an AI but you don't need that
you do need some test though

Winny is very toxic compound, so long term usage and high doses of it is not recommended... if you have a clean diet/demanding exercise routine, you could use it for 4wks towards end of cycle to help you dry up a bit.
