hey i started my first cycle about 4 days ago and it is
1) 200 mg deca every 5 days
2) 350 mg T400 every 5 days... in the same needle
im 6 feet, about 215- 220 about 18-22 % body fat... and i wanan get cut i go the gym about 5 days a week and the only thing i dont know anything about is diet and supplements right now im takin a creatine NO2 and a whey protein. what should i do to get lean and cut.... am i doign the right thin and i neeeed help with my diett
