    10 weeks vs 12 weeks

    I'm running 400 mgs Cyp weekly (200 monday/200 thursday)

    Previous cycle experience consisted of Deca and Primoteston Depot

    stats are 6'3" 230...lifting on and off for years

    Bulk cycle...diet is in check...eating well and clean

    My question is this...would I see additional benefits running this out two more weeks for a total of 12? I was originally planning on 10, but my gains seem to be getting better every week (I'm 7 weeks in). Will I plateau at 10....making 12 a waste? (by waste, I mean increasing my chances for side and making PCT tougher?)

    PCT will consist of Nolva and Clomid for 4 weeks

    imo bumping it to 12-14-16 will increse gains alot.

    now am not all up for longer cycles BUT after some reading in the past couple of days i am comeing too like them.

    you will still be gaining on week 16 so bumping your cycle up will improve it alot.

    do it. Cyp doesnt fully reach stable blood levels until week 4 or later. so your only getting 6 weeks of full affects if you do a 10 weeker. bump it to 12 and youll get a full 8 weeks.

    Short answer, yes! In fact, I would push it to 16wks if you can 1) afford it 2) be disciplined w/diet and exercise.

    There's no such thing as 'waste' as long as your diet is kept in check. Of course, you must account for unforeseen occurrences like getting gyno on cycle, etc.. so, you must have your bases covered with the proper meds to combat any major problems that could arise halfway through cycle. So, I will only suggest you to get some Letro and keep that in hand. Also, you can get some Proviron for PCT and get some Adex to use on cycle (if and only if) bloating/water retention becomes an issue. Because you're bulking, I don't think water retention would bother you.

    Finally, if you do extend the cycle to 16wks then run your PCT for 6wks.

    I never run long esters less than 12 weeks. You need to do it to get the full beneifits.

    As cycle length increases, than do the potential for side increase as well?


    (7 weeks in, all I've experienced is some minor bloat...diet related...knocking on wood!)

    any time frame within the cycle can you rest assured you'll be ok on the sides department?

    Or can it go perfect for 10 weeks, and then week 11....whammo?

    Do you guys think the pct should be much more aggressive on a longer cycle. For instance a 16 week vs a 10 week?

    no. i believe that has more to do with dosage than duration.

    But by adding in deca and stopping it at like week 14 would it be a much better idea to throw in some hcg or not

    I would sugest hcg in any cycle with a 19 nor as they are very supressive.
