need Suggestions
So i started a cycle 400 test a week and 300 deca for first 7 weeks
planned on uping it to 800 test and 400 deca last 5 weeks to finish it.
But my second stuff just came in and instead of t400 and deca 200 i got sust 250 and deca 400. That gives me 600 test for 5 weeks but alot of extra deca how much deca should i use would it be alright to do 800 a week with only 600 test?

Why in the world woild you up the dose for the last 5 weeks?
And why would you up it to 800mgs? Thats just plain not a good idea.

figured if i have it mine as well use it but wanted to ask more knowlegable people first.

Ok fine.
There is no point upping the dose for the last 5 weeks. Anything over 600mgs seems like a waste for me. A lot of people will agree.
Unless you are a LONG time user of AAS and need to up your doses in order to gain, which this doesnt seem to be the case.

lifted for 4years solid but fell outta it 2 years ago just got back into it 4 months ago

pct im taking .5mg arimadex now will add tomox and clomid at end of cycle

Im not going to lecture you since you say youve run 5 cycles before.
But for that many cycles and youre still 195 and 19%BF? You must not have much of a diet.
Steroids are not magic my friend, 90% of gaining and keeping LMM is diet and training. Steroids are just that little extra edge.
If you would like, i would be more than happy to go over your current diet to help you reach your goals.
F.Y.I. 19%BF is entirely to high to cycle. Youre just asking for sides at that %.

Ok gotca... That makes a little more sense, but still, 19% BF is too high. Especially since youre doing Deca right now.
Have you ever run Clen before?
Also, a tweak or two in your diet would certainly help with that BF.
Try posting your regular days diet. Include how much your food weighs as well as macors for protein/fats/carbs.

ive never ran clen
i eat a bowl of oatmeal,4egg wights,1 chicken breast, 2 hand size turkey and whole grain rice balls,1 can tuna with whole grain crakers plain, 3 protein shake,1 creatine shake,1 hand full of mixed nuts, and what ever wife makes for diner diet never changes ecept for dinner.
dont know all the infow for foods pf hand

i stoped cardio when i started the cycle and picked up 2% fat should i start cardio back up was told not to do cardio when bulking

IMO bro, thats a horrible diet.
And yeah, generally i would do too much cardio during a bulk, but in your case, i would make some changes.
I ALWAYS do cardio reguardless of the cycle. Thats just me.
But that diet is something you really need to work on. You dont seem to have any complex carbs or EFA at all. Take a look at these so you can get a better look at what you should be doing.

it doesn't seem like you have nearly enough calories in your diet. these must be some very high calorie unhealthy dinners you eat if you are that high bf. those diet links above are great. this is a great post for all to see
