Advice for first cycle
i'm looking to take test e for 6 weeks 10mg a week and i wanted to stack it with anavar , however the prices i am getting on the anavar are too high for me. so i need some suggestions! i thought about tren , deca and dbol . but my "concerns" are i'm not trying to put on 20 lbs.
I'm currently 6'1, 195 lbs with 14% body fat. I'm afraid that with my rigorous workout schedule and just the fact that i'm constantly eating right and always drinking two shakes a day; that i would blow up on a stacked cycle.
Honestly i'd be happy with gaining around 10 lbs. so any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks guys

First off, welcome to the board! When asking for cycel advice, post these.

Secondly, Test E for 6 weeks is no good. Test E takes 4-6 weeks to kick in.
lol, im not sure youve read anything on Test when you said 10mgs a week. Your body produces close to that much ED naturally.
Third, your BF% is too high to begin a cycle. 12% is the general census for minimum % to begin a cycle.
Third, i dont think you willblow up on a stacked cycle
Even though all youve posted is that you eat constantly, and drink two shakes a day, im gonna call your diet into question due to your BF% at that height and weight.
You need to read read and read some more bro.
You are a long way from starting a cycle.

diet summary/# meals per day. my diet is pretty regular i do drink heavily about 3 times a week, but i'm about to stop drinking in 2 weeksuntil new years.
1. Breakfest 2 cups of oatmeal with protein shake 51 g plus a banana and 2 tbl spoons organic peanut butter
2. Lunch usually 2 grilled chicked sandwiches or a large tuna on whole grain
3. Pre-workout meal wheat penne with chicked or sausage... sauces vary from garlic olive oil, marinara, and arriabatta.
4. After gym protein shake with banana and 2 tbl spoons of peanut butter.
5.Always some small snack before bed and it varies widely.(usually a chipotle burrito meat, veggies, beans, and lettuce. no cheese, sour cream or guacamole.
years lifting / workout split
I've been lifting for a little more than 4 years continuously.
Workout 5 days a week
Day 1 chest and triceps
Day 2 Cardio
Day 3 legs and calves
Day 4 Rest
Day 5 shoulders, forearms and neck
Day 6 back and biceps
Day 7 Rest
I do abs every time i'm in the gym
I rotate the exercises as well as the days muscles are worked every month.

I play currently play rugby for the university that I attend and would like to see increases results in strength, size and speed. I currently run the 40 yd in 4.7 seconds and i'd like to be under 4.5. I'd also like to put some more weight on in my legs. Bigger, faster and stronger.
I'm also concerned with gains, i know that a lot of people lose their weight and strength gained during their cycle.
Anything other information that you guys could use to better advice me, please don;t hesitate to ask. I enjoy valid responses and i'm open to constructive criticism but please don't criticize my post. I'm here to learn and get GOOD advice.

The diet could definitely use some work. Look into the diet thread in the mass gaining diet. I say for you to follow that. Its good to know exactly how much you are getting in everyday. Diet is a vital part of the process. If your gonna cycle there should be NO DRINKING!!! sorry but if your going to use steroids drinking can cause issues especially heavy drinking. If you focused on your diet and cut out the drinking you could probably gain that 10 extra lbs of muscle without the juice.

^^^ Gotta agree bro...
Your best bet is to hit the diet section and get a better meal plan. Follow that for a while and re-think gear use.
