Just diet right and you will be able to put the weight on, you are too young for aas and they would not be neccissary for your goals, at 165lbs it wont be too hard to add the weight in 4 months.

its really boosted my lean mass by drinking 3-8oz glases of "egg beaters egg whites" every day

cost 4$/carton at walmart and its like buying 4 protein shakes for the price of one...

on top of that...eat alot of fish....again...at walmart...they have blue boxes of frozen tilapia filets individually wrapped....like 20/box....every 2-3 hours microwave one or two for 4 minutes. and you have a nice 40gm protein meal...with no carbs and like 1gm fat

i can't criticize the age because that is when i started, but you can easily get MUCH bigger than 165 naturally.

In humans your Endocrine system is not fully functional until an average age of 25yrs, although the main development is up to around 21yrs it still fluctuates a little bit up to its fully functional age. There is a risk of permanently damaging your HPTA if you take AAS to young and you could end up with symptoms of andropause and HRT for life. Symptoms could be Limp dick, low libido, depression, low energy, low endurance, erection problems and many more but.......are these the types of symptoms you want to have in your 20's?. Believe me its hard to cope with these in your 40's yet alone in your prime of your life.

Around this age your Testosterone levels are the highest they going to be in your life naturally, so use what you have and don't take the risk of damage, I am passionate about this because ive seen it many times with young kids wanting to looking like their heroes and they think the answer is in an injection/tablet.

Taking AAS to young can also cause problems with development, one other main problem is premature sealing of your epiphyeal bone and the consequences mean that you wont grow as big as your genetics could allow you to, there is a test which can be done to see if your growth plates have sealed yet but the average age is around 21yrs old.

I personally dont believe 19 is to young,I was 17 and now 38 (been using entire time) and have no permenent side effects, have 4 kids and waiting on the 5th in january.for me it hasnt had any lasting issues as of yet anyway.is it the same for everyone,I really cant answer that.I believe lasting effects "HRT for life" is over rated, there are ppl that have never touched a steroid in their life and are on HRT therapy so are you gonna be one of those, who knows but if you are then why wait until your 40 to find out,if you want to be big and strong while your young, then more power to ya brother.

theres ppl that get cancer, like lyle alzado, blamed it on GH, most likely would have died from it anyway,he may have lived a little longer but eventually would have die'd of brain cancer..ppl are predisposed with certain conditions, when and if they ever show signs and what triggers it is anyones guess. but blaming certain conditions on steroid use are just ignorant
