8 weeks in my opinion is a waste of gear and PCT,your test didnt really start showing effects until week 5 or so,then 3 weeks later your off.
go back on when ever you want,doesnt make a diference how long you wait,but dont keep shutting yourself down and then putting your body through the stress of pct(worst thin in the world for your body)

Whats wrong with an 8wk test prop cycle? ^^^^
To the OP, if your going to run a 12wk plus cycle you would be better going with a long estered test this time, with a dbol kicker for 4 wks.
What a waste of winny in that 1st cycle.

Generally rule fo thumb is time on + pct=time off before next cycle.

There is nothing wrong with a 8 week cycle of prop, but the general rule to follow is time on+pct =time off but the best course of action is get blood work to see if your blood values have returned to normal after such a period

not bashing you here bro but because you read this somewhere you feel this is gospel?
if anyone can give me a valid reason to this time on time off theory,Im all ears
so 6 months on means 6 months off?? please,thats such BS,I cant believe ppl repeat this
is almost as rediculous as smokers who say,"well I smoked 10yrs so 10yrs of not smoking im as good as new"
no,the damage has been done,there is no time on time off answer

what are your goals?
are you serious about bodybuilding or are you just trying to look better for the clubs
theres a HUGE gap in application of drugs and reasons for it.
90% of the ppl i see on this board today fall into the 2nd group.when i was coming up,if you werent training 3hrs a day and atleast 6 days aweek and had a good solid 4 or 5yrs of training this way under your belt,you had no business touching gear
now ppl take gear because they want to look "buff" for the beach or the club....Fukn BS if you ask me

thanks.....yeah, the winny was a waist.....my body fat was 14%, and truthfully i really wanted to bulk up......the first cycle was a learning experience for me......i felt once i really started getting solid gains from the test, my cycle was close to the end......i think test for 3 months will help with that, and Dbol in the beginning even if it is alot of water weight.......any advice on what test? and besides deca is the anything else that is recommended? thanks for the advice.......

A good stack would be Deca with either Test E or Cyp.
