    Steroids For Rotator Cuff Injury

    Hi all,

I have a friend who has injured 1 of his rotator cuff muscles (slight tare) He has been training for 2 years, stats are 6ft, 93kg's, He was considering going on a cylce prior to the injury anyway. He has asked me what I would recommend for helping his injury heal as well as bulking up. Thanks in advance for replies.

If it is torn,as you say,he should probably consider surgery to have it re attached and not even worry about steroids right now

not hte answer you want but the best advice i could offer, gear isnt a miricle drug.

I dont think its torn that bad, maybe more pulled. Defo dosent require surgery. Is there anything gear wise that would help it heal faster?

you dont think? how bout an MRI to find out exactly what it is,maybe its just sore,if its pulled,no gear will help that, time heals those injuries.

using steroids would be dangerous for a shoulder injury because it has to fully heal before starting a heavy lifting regiment for upperbody... gear wont help it heal faster, gear only increases nitrogen retention in the muscle, it doesnt repair tears or strains... and then the additional stress on the joint can make it unstable and where it was only a strain, its now a full blown tear that requires surgery...

tell ur friend to wait untill hes fully healed and then think about a cycle...

I wouldnt recommend taking AAS for any kind of healing or injury, HGH is another matter but as far as AAS I would say no. I would stick with a good clean diet and let the healing process take its time and recover.
