hey guys im on a novice cycle of 12 weeks of test cypo at 500mg every week but my buddy came back with test cypo and test e also equipose and tren a ,dont want the dumb ass to **** up can anybody set the bar and tell a good cycle even if the guy dont use all and hooks me up

he is 35 years old about 220 ,6'2 id say he is about 14% bf and he has been lifting for about 3 years
