    2nd cycle test/deca

    Ok, looking for some help from the pro's. I ran my first cycle which was test e 500mg/ml per week. It was cut short, was planning on 12 weeks but only went 9 because of an injury. Well things went fine, no serious sides.

    I'm wanting to run my 2nd cycle as test e 500mg/ml/deca 200mg/ml per week. I was told not to run this for my 2nd cycle and just run test only again from a member on here but never got a reply on why? Would it not be recommended to run test/deca for my next cycle?

    hows your diet look? what was the injury, did you get healed from that yet? i wouldnt see why deca wouldnt be a recommended for second cycle, you already did your basic test cycle, deca isnt too harsh either, makes you seriously limp though, but besides that has less water retention and is good for putting on some serious mass

    I pretty much try and follow the bulk diet from the diet section and I grow I take in more.
    It is/was an ab injury that is getting better but not 100%.

    i am gowing to b dowing deca and sus 250 for my second cycle . should b ok for you . as long as the injurey dose not afcyt yeah traning and diet.

    Do you have a estimate on your bf% maybe thats why he recommended it, also another cycle of test only will still produce good gains. How is your training is that 100%. Are you following the diet now 100%???

    redz - what if I up to 400mg?

    reed500 - I would guess 11-12% BF. As for training I still have a hard time with legs/abs. I'm keeping the diet plan now.

    I still have a couple months before I start and don't plan on cycling if not at 100%

    400mg/week of deca would be much better.

    well technically you havent even done one cycle...because running test e for 9 weeks didny really do anything. it was just getting to full potential at about 6 weeks then you stopped shortly after with no pct im assuming. if it was me i would run test e again at same dose for a minimum of 14 weeks

    for a minimum of 14 weeks?

    a maximum of 14 weeks would make more sense to me.

    2 mg of deca for 1 lb of body weight, I'm using 275 mg a week, which is less then what I use before, I like what it does, not over powering and the driver for me is the 500 mg of Test E. I don;t like using a lot, there are more side.

    first off, you shouldn't run a cycle till you are not only 100% again, but a stable 100%, meaning give it a month after you feel fine, it would be a pain to be injured during this cycle because you didn't wait long enough

    i would just run test during this cycle, but you can throw in deca if you want to bulk

    pct?

    Actually I did run a PCT on my first Cycle 2 weeks after last shot nolva/a-dex.

    Phate - I hear you cmpletely on making sure I'm a stable 100%. I don't want this one to go to waste. The tough part is taking the time off to heal up. I really enjoy go to the gym and just need to learn to take the time off to heal up. I'm noticing improvement but like I say not were I need to be.

    I do want to bulk up but maybe its better to just run the test e again? Its so hard because I really want to add that deca .

    Diet
    Meal 1
    Oatmeal or eggs and toast w/peanut butter

    Meal 2
    some tuna and banana with peanut butter

    Meal 3
    Chicken or steak w/ potato and protein drink

    Meal 4
    Tuna with cheese and broc.

    meal 5
    Fish w/ rice

    Meal 6
    chicken/steak with vegies.

    before bed mixed nuts with protein drink.

    I was inquiring about a similar cycle for myself, and we're near the same weight and bf, im just a little taller. But a "wiseman" told me to not ever run adex and nolva together because they screw up each others mechanics....it also states this on the profiles on here. for a simple test enth cycle, i was told for your pct, nolva and clomid would be just fine, but if you were skeptical to throw in aromasin or proviron ?? just throwing in what ive learned/been taught

    I've heard something similar but only had nolva/a-dex. I also now that Pheedno includes it in his PCT. Next cycle I plan on having either aromasin or proviron .

    but out of curiousity, ive wondered if not using hcg would hinder and retaining of your gains vs not??
