NO Xplode/Nitrix for Preworkout
CellMass for Postworkout (may use another cheaper creatine cellmass kills the wallet)
100% ON protein
ZMA's before bed
EFA softgels daily (should i replace with fishoils?)
Multivitamin
apx. 3500-4000 calories a day, and as much protein as possible me being a busy student.
any commentes or suggestion are welcome as iv never taken a prohormone b4. i will document my progress here and try and get some pictures. i wont be starting for another week so feel free to make any suggestions at all. i will test my some lifts before i start and post them, so u can see my improvements.
