    Help with cycle

    Problems with my cycle?

    500mg Test-e pw 2 x 250mg
    55mg dianabol Ed week 1-4

    Currently on 3rd week...
    I'm eating well over 5000 kcals most days
    250g of protein

    not seeing much results I am also training very hard and i've been natural for 4years and have seen routine gains for the whole time ive been training...

    Is there anything you guys could suggest for me to tweak my cycle?

    55mg dbol should be making you feel somethign at this point. The Test E wont peak until week 4 or so.

    Also not trying to be a dick but how is your diet 5000 cals with only 250g protein?
    Thats only 1000 cals from protein........ Your diet is likely the problem

    I duno I measure my protein conservatively
    If i have like 65grams in a sitting I only count 45-50 of it
    I keep hearing too much about your body being unable to process too much protein in one sitting...

    yesterday I got 310 ish grams maybe more...
    But I find it hard to get any more than that...

    My diet goes something like this...

    Shake and banana
    Tuna pasta salad
    Chicken breast and potatoes and a salad
    Shake and a banana or some fruit
    Chicken breast with more potatoes or beans
    Another shake before bed...

    Meals are probably 2-3 hours apart

    Those are my planned meals and I eat alot of crap in between which is pretty low in protein ...

    And thats 5000cals, not to flame mate but it's hardly suprising you aren't growing.

    That's a very vague description of my diet lol
    I do know about nutrition I'm a graduate in biochemistry it's just that
    I'm getting over the 1g per lb of bodyweight, and the appropriate carbs, vitamins, minerals...

    5000 calories is well above what I expend each day so where would the problem be specifically..

    do I need MORE protein?
    more carbs?

    Your counting methods are flawed and you are not taking in 5000 cals.

    I definately am dude...

    I'm eating BIG portions...

    My shakes alone
    I'm having over a pint of milk with 35g of whey powder works out to approx 500kcals..

    The tuna pasta salad works out ot approximately 700 with the salad that's close to 900-1000


    As I said I'm vague with the specific details of my meals as I don't eat the same thing most days I just make sure it's well balanced...
