    400mg Test E/300mg Deca per week first cycle?

    400mg Test E/300mg Deca per week for my first cycle..too much or not enough?

    My stats:
    24 yrs old
    5'11"
    170lbs
    10% body fat

    I've heard two different sides of this argument, some say no deca first cycle, some say it doesn't matter. Any input?

    you're pretty light to be wanting to start a cycle.

    most advocate test only as a first cycle to see how your body responds. 19nors shut some people down hard and make recovery difficult, myself included.

    what is your planned pct and ancillaries?

    personally if i was to run the cycle i would do 500 test 400 deca , test for 14 weeks, deca for 12

    too much for a first cycle. your a bit light to need steroids as well.
    anyone telling you deca 'doesn't matter' is probably not someone you should listen to. best to do your own research on what these compounds do to you.

    i agree with the test only theory for first cycle... maybe frontload some dbol but just test no 19 nors..and i agree with Amorphic about your weight you could probably gain more weight naturally

    post your diet so we can help you with that, i guarentee you it needs some work, and be honest, we can't help you if you bs us

    my diet is
    8am: 3 or 4 eggs, yogurt, fruit/cottage cheese
    10am: tuna, protein shake
    12pm: usually ranges from fish to chicken breast to subway
    2pm: tuna, protein
    6pm: whatever wife cooks (usually pasta or chicken or some form of beef)

    I know I need to regulate this but I've been working out since I was 18 and weighed 140 lbs. Steroids is not a first option for me, I've tried different diets and countless "GNC" stacks! I just want to bulk up. For PCT I'm going with nolva. Any input on PCT would be appreciated, as I am a newbie and my friend/source isn't much help. Also, someone mentioned I should get Dbol instead of the Deca , but I can't find Dbol!

    i see lol but it does start off with.. 5'10" and under 170lbs! i'm 170-175lbs!

    That's just it bro... You're 5'11'' and still 170? The taller you are, the more you should weigh imo. If you were 5'9'' and 170 you would likely not get much grief from anyone here other than for your diet, which needs serious work!

    80% if not more of packing on LMM is diet/nutrition, so if you don't have that in check (which you clearly don't) you'll just be stressing your body and wasting your money using aas.

    Learn to eat, then research pct, then research a potential aas cycle for yourself (imo just go with test only for a first cycle), and once you've done your homework, post it for the more experienced vets so they can help you make the most out of it!

    Sure you can get up to 190 or 200 without roids. But would it be the same weight? I doubt it, I say if you have done your research and diet and training is reasonable that your fine. I know some will say you need to eat more and bla bla bla, but i would advocate that you put on weight without increasing body fat as much as possible.

    Very true. Thanks for the help everyone! I'm just going to go with test on my first cycle and will stack up on the food.

    your diet needs some serious work, try to shoot for 50g of protein per meal and around 60-70g of carbs from sweet potatoes, red potatoes, oatmeal, barley etc..... you will gain weight trust me
